Have to put on high to get air flow

Well made and quiet. Installation is made more difficult since there is no hinged restraint to hang the unit on to allow for final wiring and lifting into place. A hook on a wire is used which allows the fan to rotate about and requires dead lifting of the unit into place. Also the receiver does not have a specific place in the unit but must be moved around in the upper section that has all the wiring until it is low enough to allow the final mounting. Has operated well for the last week and the range of speeds and lighting levels are impressive. I should mention that I'm 80 years old so a younger stronger person may not find the installation a problem. I have ordered and installed a second smaller unit for the bedroom. The same problems but the final installed unit is worth the trouble.

I bought 2 of these for a major remodel in the bedrooms and haven't used them. I like them because the fan conserves headroom and is effective at moving air. The light is easy on the eyes because you don't see the bulb directly as it diffuses through the obscure shade. I am worried about losing the hand held controller so now I have to figure out how to order the wall switch and get it wired in.

Impossible to install.

They made the canopy too small for the receiver. It is almost impossible to connect the fan motor to the base.

Light glows

The light glows when turned off. It’s like a nightlight. We have one fan that does it and one fan that does not. I am satisfied with the one that turns off the light completely but the other one is in our bedroom and we cannot use the fan at night because it’s like a night light. Wish I could figure out a fix to this.

Home Depot listed this as Apple HomeKit compatible, but it is not.

Love the brushed nickel! Great remote control. A little difficult to read the features on the remote due to the pale color used for the selections. Highly recommend this classy, elegant indoor/outdoor fan.

Defective light

Gorgeous fan. However, the light is built in and our fan has a defective light board so it flickers when on. . The only solution according to Lamps Plus is to take it the whole thing down and send it back and then they would send a replacement. My electrician said all it would need would be a new light board but they were unable or unwilling to send just that. So now I am stuck with it.

We bought 4 for our new screened in porch and they all look & work amazing.

Tricky to set up wifi. The QR code supplied was wrong. By CHANCE I looked up WAC SMART FANS and found the right app. Works great

Good looking, sleek and modern. Takes a full 6 seconds for the light to turn on… I’m not a fan of the delay.

This is the 2nd fan I have purchased. It is quiet and has several options for the light and speed. The remote control makes it easy to use. I love this fan. It is well made and I would definitely recommend it.

Easy to install - great to use.

Great buy. It looks more expensive than it is. My husband really dislikes installing overhead fixtures, but he raved about how well designed and easy this fan is to install. We put up 2 and are very happy with the results.

Light doesn’t turn off

Motor is quiet and it was easy to install. My biggest issue is that when you turn off the light it actually goes down to 1% on and doesn’t turn off completely. I have this in my bedroom and like it completely dark when I sleep. The only way to get the light completely off is to turn off the light at the wall. This makes it where I can not use the fan when trying to sleep. I wish the light would turn off completely and I could still use the fan
