I researched fans extensively and this fan survives power failures retaining both lamp intensity and fan speed. Also the fan is literally noise free

great fan for large spaces! I was warry of purchasing, due to price, but I think overall it was worth it and such an upgrade from the standard 52" fan I had previously. App could use some work, but likely wont use it because the remote is convenient. Would recommend having a 2nd person to help install though!

Quiet, effective, well built

Really like this fan. We decided to pony up the cash because we wanted something really quiet. We like the look, the quiet motor, the app and purchased the wall control. #sweepstakes

Looks great. Reasonable quality. Nice nickel finish. But not very bright! The listing doesn't list "lumens" -- or doesn't list it in an obvious place. I expect a vanity light to be bright enough that someone could put on their makeup or find a dropped contact lens. This light is definitely not that! . A second point -- there is a switch for selecting color temperature, but it has to be set when mounting the light. Changing the setting would require undoing the end brackets, then undoing the center mount. Basically, no one is changing this after the initial setting.

Controls are constantly malfunctioning.

Controls are constantly malfunctioning. Cannot turn fan and/or lights on or off. We bought 6 fan/lights and all of them malfunction. Made many attempts with the company to fix them but at this point, we keep the fans running 24/7 on low because if we turn them off, we may not be able to turn them on again. We have thrown 2 of them away and replaced with other brands. Modern Forms Fans suck!

Beautiful fan and light but makes a clicking noise when fan is anything above low setting. I would have t returned these but our house was not complete and ready for electrical by the time the return window ran out

Beautiful fan. The best part is that the manual was clear and easy to follow. My husband remarked that an actual engineer must have written it because it was so well done. It may not seem like a big deal but having clear installation instructions was amazing and a huge help!

Wayfair is truly terrible to assist when there is a problem. I'm so tired of reaching out for help and never receiving it. Missing parts and delivery issues are just a monstrosity. It makes my life worse to order from here. Lesson learned now!

I love this fan. It makes the room feel so much more updated by removing the old style, traditional fans and using this instead. The flat led light is great, good fan speeds. I had a professional install so I can't speak to that.

Was a perfect upgrade for out sun room. The app is very slow and having two makes it even more challenging. Kinda sad that the tech can’t be more advanced but it does the job. If your into connecting your items for a smart home. It does a horrible job pairing with Alexa too. If you’re not into smart home items, then I would say this is perfect for you. If you are, I wouldn’t get this! Give this company time to update their technology

This is an updated review. This was an open box purchase and when it arrived, it was missing several of the mounting screws and wire nuts. I was able to replace the missing bits and installed the fan, which did not work at all. I contacted the manufacturer directly based on the enclosed instructions and after a discussion with their technical team they sent me a replacement control unit which connects the the fan motor and lights to the electrical mains. Another install was completed, and still no success. An electrician was called in to verify that the wiring was correct. It was and still no success. His diagnosis was that there is a problem with the fan motor.

Great outdoor fans I have been using them in all my homes, defiantly worth the money.
