Bad service , good fan but wobbles

I bought a hunter fan on Costco and it broke it stop spinning. Called customer service and they were so rude took about 1:30 hr to answer my call. The agent was extremely rude wanted to rush out the call. At the end they ended sending me this fan to replace my old one since it was broken. They send me the Sotto fan and it was broken too it wobbles because a part is not good. Don’t buy hunter fan customer service don’t help and they will send you a defect fan.

Great fan!

This fan is what we were looking for—it’s very quiet and has great air flow on medium speed. It has an updated look and fits unobtrusively in our four-season sunroom. The remote is ok but doesn’t have the various speeds shown, just arrows so you don’t know which speed you’re on. It’s not a deal breaker though.

Fan looks great, cools very well even on low speed. Changed out the led bulbs for brighter ones, since the ones that come with the fan weren't as bright as I wanted.

Fabulous Fan

The style of this Hunter model [52" Sotto] is amazing. It is quite an aesthetic alteration of the classic ceiling fan, quiet and with a variety of options for control (remote, wired, adjustable dimensions of power and light). I strongly reccommend this ceiling fan and we are considering this model for other rooms in our home.

Middle speed has clicking sound.

I had the fan professionally installed, the fan generates rattling sound in the middle speed, so my only choice is go into low speed with no air or high speed which freezes me. It seems to me that hunter has and only middle speed which is comfortable in winter needs to have some airflow

Gorgeous. Usually I would just want a fan to blend in but it is a beautiful decoration. Functionally it is quiet and smooth. It works on a vaulted ceiling with the attachment that can be purchased and down rods

Actual Light Bulbs, No Light Kit!

Gorgeous fan, with a contemporary modern style. I used this fan to update the lighting in my living room during a remodel and it completed the contemporary look I was going for. Plus I was able to use my Hue bulbs for atmosphere!

Very satisfied. Easy to assemble and hang! The white is a nice clean white.

Nice quality fan with light

Works great. Nice light. Quiet. We had it installed by our contractor since he was here doing work anyway so I can't speak to ease of install.

DO NOT BUY STOPS FUNCTIONING AFTER A YEAR!!!!

I bought this on Jan 02/2022 for $206.99 and it doesnt stay on for more than 5-10 minutes both light and fan shut down completely.This started happening at February 2023 one year later with minimal use of this.Plus the fan screws were cheap and broke off in half once which is SUPER DANGEROUS!!!! I Reported that incident to home depot though early on since it happened after 2 months!!!!DO NOT BUY SUPER DANGEROUS, CHEAP, UNRELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Love it

Bought this fan and installed it earlier this year and the light doesn't work. Something is wrong with the wiring. When I turn the light switch on, the light flickers once but doesn't stay on.

This ceiling fan has worked so well in my bedroom. Even at the lowest speed, it creates a breeze that is very comfortable. It has a contemporary look with the gray blades that I love and is extremely quiet. If I were to change anything, I would just have the light a little brighter but it is not a major issue. I would definitely recommend this.

Ceiling Fans

Fan looks good, performs well, great light. My only issue was that one light kit shaft was not straight, which caused the light to have a gap on one side. This is something that QC should have noticed before shipping. Was very disappointed because Hunter is a leader in the fan business. If someone wants to contact me I have pictures of the shaft. Thank you.

Beautiful fan/light for a tween girl's room. Nice air circulation and it is white so it goes with everything.
