Need help please
We bought the fan in April 2023 from Home Depot and had an electrician install it. 2 weeks later quit working. We got the same model replacement fan from Home Depot and had an electrician install it and again 2 weeks later quit working. Home Depot denied the 2nd return or replacement in October 2023 because it was past 3 months and said to call the manufacturer even after explaining the situation. We called the manufacturer and they want us to call Home Depot and Home Depot wants to call them. We even had Home Depot stay on the phone and were transferred multiple times by the manufacturer and got hung up on or had someone that the Home Depot associate and I could not understand their speech. It has been a back and forth ordeal time and time again. I don't know what to do anymore. This fan was so expensive and it will be a year in a few months that we don't have light in our living room. This is a last resort to leave a review in hopes of someone that can help resolve this. One associate did mention that this fan is notorious for these issues and to get a different model and call Home Depot and called them for the 5th time but said to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer put another ticket in and will have someone call back tomorrow.
Fan
Fantastic fan. Super durable and looks great!
This fan was a must when moving in our new home! It is definitely a “statement piece”. It is very quiet even at the highest speed and it definitely generates a lot of air flow. The remote allows many functions and various speeds. The color is perfect for our farmhouse style. Just love it!
Don’t buy!
Beautiful fan! But it’ll only work for about 2 months then a few weeks after that the light will also stop working! If you do buy get the protection plan.
Stunning fan! I literally kick back in a lounging chair with something cold and admire this fan!
Beautiful fan
Beautiful fan, very happy with appearance
Great fan for a Great Room!
Large fan (72") that looks perfect in our Great Room.
Big wheels keep on turning
Worth every penny. Focal point and always gets compliments.
Happy with the look on my high ceilings
The ceiling fan looks amazing on our high ceilings. It does a great job moving air and the LED light is actually very bright and is dimmable. I was surprised as most ceiling fans with a middle light don’t generate good lighting. Because of its design, it has a higher price tag. I would still probably pay the high price again. The motor is rather heavy, which I assume means it’s a strong motor. I could have went one size bigger as it would have a more dramatic presence.
Poor
Poor quality. worked a month and then died. Wall remote never did work
