Simple, stylish fan

Installation was straight forward and remote functions work well. Looks really good, simple and clean lined. Very quiet.

Works fine but one has to be careful if you have a similar fan in an adjacent room since the remote will operate both fans.

Worth it.

Looks great and is perfectly balanced and quiet. The light control on the remote is a bit fussy, but I still rated it a 5. Installation was straightforward, especially because everything fit just right.

Minka Aire won’t honor warranty

Fan stopped working after 11 months. Callled Minka Aire. They sent a replacement part. Fan still not working. Having to go through hoops to have them honor warranty. Still no luck. Just stay away from Minka Aire.

Great fans, perfect for patio

Looks good but haven't gotten a chance to use it...

Looks good but haven't gotten a chance to use it yet since it was installed in a pavilion in the winter. Should be using it soon. The phone app seems to have issues. Seems like you have to select it as Wi-Fi source instead of it being on the network. Then you have to select your primary Wi-Fi when you don't need to use the app. That doesn't make sense to me. I will have to contact tech support.

Fans are beautiful, well-made, and quiet. They are worth the extra cost vs DIY store fans. Ordering was easy. Delivery was ahead of predicted time. All around good product and experience. .

Sleek modern looking tanQuiet operation with remote

Might be a little expensive for some, but we'll worth it.

We have a 16' ceiling in our living room and desperately needed a quality ceiling fan that can be reversed with a remote. Trust me, they are hard to find. After much internet search we found the Minka Aire concept IV from Lampsplus. It is a quality product. On the plus side it is extremely easy to install compared to the multiple fans I have installed in the past. The fan is operated by a quality remote that features optional speeds and option brightness for the ceiling light. Best of all, it features a reverse mode needed for summer and winter function. I give it five stars.

Beautiful fan

This fan is in our guest room and really updates the whole setting. Hasn't been used much, but it is quiet and easy to set.

This fan is clean looking with the 3 blades, mine is white and blends into the room. It does a lot of air, is absolutely quiet

This light is bright enough to be the only fixture in a small bedroom and I’ve been pleased with how well it works.

Really love this fan

I replaced an older fan with this model. WOW. The difference was. Quiet, good lighting and good air movement. But what I was really impressed with was how easy it was to set up the smart features. Everything I wanted in a new fan. Well worth the money.

The fan is very efficient and cools the room much better than my previous fan. The only issue is that the remote controller is very sensitive and has to be held and pointed at the right spot to make the connection

Exceeded my expectations

Easy to install. Elegant. Very bright LED which dims nicely. Solid build and operation. Very quiet and efficient. Overall extremely pleased.

Great outdoor fan

This fan was an excellent choice for our pergola. Even though it gets very hot and humid in coastal North Carolina this fan works effectively and offers some relief. Highly recommend.
