Tub cracked, Kingston Brass claimed it was my fault for not using enough mortar underneath. However the instructions linked on the Home Depot website (provided by Kingston Brass) made zero mention of using mortar at all.

The Over flow drain was off centered from the drain...

The Over flow drain was off centered from the drain in the floor by 3/4 in. Had to work with it but going to make a claim for the waranty

Deep tub bit smaller then regular tubs but dose the job just the same great addition to the home.

I have no idea why the right side drain is...

I have no idea why the right side drain is $100 more than the left side drain??? Nonetheless, it’s a very nice looking tub. It’s smaller than the tub it replaced so had to get creative with the extra 6” of space. I haven’t soaked in it yet but looking forward!
