Delivery truck damaged tub

This is a beautiful tub but it arrived cracked due to the delivery men placing the tub vertical causing cracks on the top. We called immediately after unpacking to report the damage. Their solution is for us to return it to Lowes ourselves. Not sure how we can do that. It is very heavy and large. Not sure why they don't have a delivery truck come pick it up and take it back. That's why I gave it a 1 star review.

I haven't put it in the second house yet. But I'm pleased.

We were blown away. This is a high-quality bathtub. It's currently in storage until we can install it... but we opened it up and examined it and it is gorgeous!
