The original refrigerator was damaged upon delivery. We returned it and re-ordered the same product. The replacement product was dropped off at the door of our facility, not brought inside, still had part of the original crating affixed to the bottom, and again had shipping and handling dents and dings. Apparently either the manufacturer doesn't know how to package their product so as not to incur damage or the delivery company doesn't know how to move equipment. Unsatisfied customer. Won't buy from you again for commercial orders.

This is the 7th refridgerator I have ordered. They all keep coming damaged.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! Ordered a commercial refrigerator and freezer. Delivery truck arrived today with a non-functioning lift-gate and so my major appliances were DROPPED to the ground. They removed the boxes for some reason before bringing them in so it wasn’t until after they left that I realized they delivered 2 freezers! Now Home Depot is making us BUY another refrigerator and making us wait 2 weeks to be refunded for the freezer. So much more to say that won’t fit in the word limit!

Very spacious

I'm in the restaurant business and I needed a good size fridge for one of my locations. This one is massive and is definitely worth the price. I got it delivered a few days after ordering and it was set up flawlessly. Highly recommend this fridge if you need a lot of space.

Delighted!

We bought this for our HOA clubhouse for both HOA run events and private run events by homeowners. In a HOA with over 1000 homes we have a lot of events requiring space and refrigeration. Of particular note some of our events are regretfully somber events like funeral lunches etc where prayer and thereby a quiet space is necessary. This Koolmore absolutely delivered on all regards. Further after installation we didn't even see a notable uptick in our eletricity bill. Highly recommend!

Loud and inconvenient

Super loud! Impossible to hear anyone talking when in the same room with this refrigerator. Doors don’t slow close just slam shut if you don’t hang on tight.

Food bank Usage

Our food bank was in need of a commercial size cooler for our fresh produce and dairy products so we decided to buy this cooler.

Unit takes a while to get back to the set temp. even after just opening the door for a brief "Reach-N-Grab". Unit is inside a standard office breakroom environment. No harsh elements to affect drastic temp change.

Fantastic for my boyfriend's restaurant!

We bought this for my boyfriend's restaurant, and it is so spacious! I love how the doors open wide, and self-close when my hands are full and I can't close the door. Easy to move, and I'm 4'11" so it's nice not to feel like I'm trying to move a boulder! Everything stays at perfect temp, the stainless steel wipes down easily, and I don't have to worry about food ever being too big because of how wide the doors are. Very happy!

Perfect size

I make cakes and need a fairly large refrigerators that I can dedicate to my baking. This is absolutely wonderful. I wish I had purchased it sooner.

Won’t regret it

Shipping and packing was very well done, no dents at all. It works like a champ and has tons of room to store our food and beverages. The 6-deep adjustable shelves are easy to move around and clean. Digital temperature controls and display makes it easy to change the temperature if needed. My two favorite features are the Auto defrost system and the wheels on the freezer, which makes it very easy to move it around. Perfect fit for our restaurant kitchen.

Great freezer

I have been looking up many different makes and model freezers for my husband’s food store. He recently bought a small take out restaurant and he needed a large freezer for food saving. This one is a great size and was easy to set up. The upright freezer is easy to organize and find the food packets when needed.

Spacious

Really spacious for extra storage in the garage. I absolutely love that it has wheels to be able to move it anywhere I want with little to no help. It’s very quiet and easy to clean which is also a plus.

Perfect Fit

We own a food truck and buy our supplies in bulk for the week. We have been looking for a commercial freezer that won't take up too much space in our garage. This fits perfectly! The shelves are adjustable and coated so they won't rust. It is self defrosting which is a great time-saver. It is just perfect for what we need!

Great capacity

I have a tiny, buy very busy small town restaurant. This freezer has exceeded my expectations! It holds a huge amount of food, and it's large enough I can even put full boxes and it has kept everything frozen. It has been quiet enough that I can't hear it over the normal restaurant noises.

Love the look

This worked perfectly for what I was needing and looking for. Very easy to set up and move into place. It is an excellent size and I love the look of it. I am thinking I might need a few more to give me enough cold space.

Efficient Refrigeration

This is effective and highly spacious for all of the commercial cooling storage needs. The temperature control is digital and easy to use reducing the guess work of the temperature setup. Can be controlled to the exact needs of the items stored. Beautiful stainless steel doors add decor to the storage space.

Fantastic Freezer

This freezer is great! We just started a small food truck business and we keep some of supplies in the freezer for easy access and quick set up. This freezer meets out needs perfectly. It doesn't take up much room in our garage while holding more than we need it to. It is self cleaning)/defrosting which is always a plus. The shelves are adjustable which is perfect in case we start buying in bulk in the future. We ate so pleased with this purchase! We highly recommend it to anyone considering it!
