Its okay, but could be better

After many tries, we finally found a tub that seemed to work. Most options were out of stock. The installation was great. But a few weeks after installation, some of the jets stopped working. The seller has referred me to the manufacturer since it has been over 30 days. But when I call the manufacturer I am on hold, and no one ever answers the phone. I have tried multiple times. The option to leave a message terminates the call. Very disappointing for such a high-dollar item.

Tub looks great, but not practical! When you turn on the air jets water splahes out of the tub very bad and this is with just enough water to cover your body. Not talking about filling the tub to its max

the inside dimensions are much smaller than out

the inside dimensions are much smaller than the outside. I'm 5'8" and couldn't fit in the tub. Felt cheap compared to other tubs. The worst part was sending it back. Cost $175 for return shipping and had to go through a bunch of hoops in packaging. I got a much better tub at home depot and there is never a cost to return. Just throw it in the truck and drive to the nearest store.

Shape of tub not apparent in photos

My biggest complaint about this tub is that the photos didn't show the true shape. The side overflow drain ruins the modern line of the tub. It's not flush with the design so one side of the tub bends in about 4 inches to accommodate the overflow. You can't tell that from the photos.

65" Boyce tub

Love this tub! I got the 65" with insulation and I can stretch out my legs in the bath. I'm 5'8". It's a beautiful shape with a gorgeous finish. Easy to clean. Delivery was prompt and the tub was well-packaged on a pallet. I'm so glad I got the insulation...it's worth it. The pop-up overflow is amazing...a great idea when you want a really deep soak.

Absolutely stunning bathtub

We just completed a small master bathroom renovation and purchased the 65" version of this tub to replace a builder grade garden style drop in tub. Shipping was hassle free and super fast. The tub itself looks 100 times better in real life than it does in the picture. I've received more compliments on the tub than almost any other piece in my house. We did not get insulation due to a tight budget but I've used the tub probably 7 times already since it's been installed and have had no issues with heat loss. It is absolutely stunning in our transitional/modern bathroom. I would not hesitate to purchase this tub at all. It's my favorite part of the renovation.

Love this bathtub.. I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on a porcelain and you literally cannot tell the difference Unless you knock on the tub.... gorgeous!

Absolutely in love with tub

Just completed a master bath rehab and removed an old 80s style garden tub and added this stand alone. I absolutely love my new tub and I say that as someone who takes a bath every day. It's deep and the material is warm, and stays warm. I purchased the 65" and it's a perfect size. I love the modern clean look. I do miss having a side to sit on but it was worth the tradeoff. You won't regret this purchase. Delivery was very fast and packaged extremely well.

Elegant Bath

I recently remodeled my master bath. I purchased the 70". My 6' 2" husband fits and is very excited about that!. We also got the Insulated option. So glad I did. The water stays warm compared to my previous tub.

Beautiful tub

Height is great on the sides; was hoping for a bit more sitting length inside tub, but it is a beautiful, so I'll just have to bend my knees while soaking.

Great bathtub

This is a great tub - and looks perfect in our remodeled bathroom. Very elegant and modern. I am 5'4" and the size is perfect for me. Like to do a lot of tub soaking to relax and therefore I would also recommend the foam installation. While it is expensive it's certainly worth it said that the water stays warm much longer

The 56 in length is too small for average person.

The 56 in. tub is too small. I enlarged my shower and went to a smaller tub but I wish that I had ordered 61 inch and found a way to make it fit as 56 in is too small for me and definitely too small in length and its very narrow too. My husband is 6 ft. 2 in. and I don't think he will ever be able to use it.

Very nice looking tub.

We purchased this tub with the brushed nickel drains. We are in the midst of our master bath upgrade which should be completed in another two months so we can't speak to the installation yet. It looks very nice and is light enough to easily to carry upstairs for my wife and me. The price was very good compared to those found locally and it came well packed on a large pallet.

Love it

Love this tub. I bought it a few years ago based on the good reviews, so I thought I'd pass on the favor. The plumber did need a certain tool to attach the deck mount from up underneath but well worth the time & effort. We live near Chicago so I love how the tub holds the warmth of the water for a LONG time. I believe ours is the 61 inch. We set tub on the diagonal in the corner. a triangular teak shower seat fills the corner and I use it to stack towels. EVERYONE asks where I bought the tub.

Beautiful tub

I was very nervous about ordering a tub online, not being able to see and feel the quality. It arrived quickly and well packed. It is stunning and well made. It is pretty light. I did not find directions in the packaging but they are available on line. The only issue I had was with the pop up drain that I ordered. It was faulty. During install my plumber had to go out and buy one. I couldn't wait for a new one. Signature hardware was great and credited the account. The tub really is a show piece.

56' tub

I love this tub! I was concerned that it may be too small to relax in but it's very comfortable for me (I'm 5'4 - might not be so comfy if you're 6') and I love the fact that I can soak in a deep tub without wasting a huge amount of water like my previous garden tub which used about 50 gallons more but was about 10'" shallower. This tub looks great in my new bathroom and shipping was faster than expected, no hassles of any kind.
