Very nice and elegant. It was just like , I envisioned. A little smaller than what I expected, but fit perfectly into the space of the remodeled bathroom. This will definitely be my zen place to relax and enjoy a nice long soak….

cracked

Purchased this tub for bathroom remodel. checked it out upon shipment arrival. when tub was finally installed, installer found that it was cracked around top rim which was covered by packing plastic. don't want to try to return and replace as it has been about 4 months since purchase. I'm planning to get fiberglass repaired. warning to buyers: check your tub thouroughly !! I paid too much for this tub for it to have issues. Seems like everything I've purchased from Lowes for this bathroom remodel has missing parts or is broken.

Damaged on Receipt (Can't rate product)

When picking up we notice the box was damaged. Opening it up we found the tub had a 6"-8" crack along the top. Good news is the return process is very easy and the people working the return desk were very helpful. The bad news is what does my contractor do while we wait for the replacement. Oh BTW, we ordered a shower pan (received yesterday) and it too was damaged in shipment, so tile work cannot start either.

Great soaking tub!

This tub is such an awesome size for our bathroom. It’s not the biggest thing out there but you can also stretch your legs out almost completely in it. The curves are so comfortable. Such a great way to end a day!

Beautiful Tub, no damage, but no communication

The tub arrived after said delivery date (2 weeks later), nobody contacted me to let me know of any delays. I was told that no signature was required for shipping, but I wanted to inspect tub before accepting it, bc I heard that they get damaged in shipping. Ours was NOT damaged, yay! And it's beautiful (still in the box, as we are not yet ready to install it). The only issues I had pertained to the 3rd party delivery companies involved. It was hard to locate the tub while in transit, and I could not get an estimated delivery date until right before delivery.

Review before install....

After FINALLY receiving the tub (communication with 3rd party delivery company is sub-par!), there were no observable damage to note. and it looked pretty (in the box, still). When we are ready to install, we may write another review... we were not happy with how long it took for the tub to be delivered, and we did not get any notifications (we had to call multiple times to get information on the tub).
