Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this! I’ve always wanted a gas stove but also a double oven. This duo flex is absolutely ideal! If I had one “complaint” it is that the only option for air fryer is the full oven instead of one of the smaller spaces. But that wouldn’t stop me from buying this again!!

Nice one but came with a little dent on the front.

Excellent! The double oven and air frying capacity are especially welcome in our home. Easy to clean stove top.

Bought this stove as a promotion. Used for 6 weeks, and now we have been without a stove/oven for the past 2 weeks. Gas was leaking, set off Carbon Monoxide Detector. had the Fire Department shut off. Samsung is absolutely horrible to deal with, service ticket has been in place for 2 weeks now. Keep getting run around on when someone will come out. Talked to Lowes manager, she could not help. So I am paying for something we cannot use!

I've always wanted a double oven, but never found one I liked that was in my price range. This oven is Perfect. I use the top most of the time for everyday baking, but when Thanksgiving comes, you bel I'll be using both to cook dinner.

Samsung should stick to TV’s and phones, please down buy appliance from them. I bought the Duo and other appliances. They all have issues that are not OK. I will admit that their warranty dept is very responsive and easy to use… but the warranty runs out and you are left poorly made stuff. In my case, the door sucks. Sorry, I don’t have a specific explanation, but the door fails, the heat escapes, the knobs melt and cooking is seriously compromised. Warranty came out and replaced the door and this fixed the problem. We operated the door with kid gloves and it happened again. Except this time the warranty was expired and Samsung says “sorry bro.” This was a reoccurring problem with many customers, but Samsung doesn’t care. Stay away. I can’t wait to through this thing down a cliff and get a real appliance. Oh yeah. And the crappy LCD that burned out.

I bought this 3 weeks ago. The product is great but Samsung is out sourcing vendors to install the product with out the proper tools. I paid for instalation and product was not installed. Very disappointed and I will continue to share this with as meny people as possible. I call because I had a small dent on the bottom drawer and they would not replace it after 3 weeks.

its been 2 years using this appliance and i am so happy to have it...love the convection mode for baking..extra grilling pan on top is a great addition.

[Rewarded Review] Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

DO NOT LET SAMSUNG INSTALL THIS! They use a company RXO who botched the installation twice. My wife burned her hand and because Samsung said it was an installation issue they won't let me return the unit. RXO technician stole the parts needed to do the LP conversion. 3 weeks so far with a non working oven and samsung won't do anything to fix it.

This range had a fault code of C-20 after 2years of use, it was out of warranty and I purchased Best Buy service and the parts for the range were no longer available.

Overall appearance. 5 surface burners. Double oven. Storage drawer on the bottom. Dislike: use the top oven for convection cooking only. Unable to keep warm on top oven.

Wanted this store for a while! Could not get it in the store except for stainless steel and it was not the color I wanted. So I went online and got a great deal! Love the fact I can use it two different ways! It’s my favorite option about it! Second would be the WiFi option!
