Easy to put together and looks beautiful!
We love our tree! It was easy to put together and is the perfect size for our living room. I do wish all the branches had the Fraser Fir texture though and that the height of the limbs could be adjusted slightly.

Very nice tree. Take time to spread out the branches and tips. It is all 10 feet high. Alot of lights, draws almost 6 amps. Very heavy. We love it.

I love the look of the finished product, and assembly was straightforward. Bending all of the branches into place was a bit tedious, but I thought it was worth it to be able to arrange them as I wanted. Very pleased so far.

The tree is a good looking tree. It is as it’s described. The reason for 4 stars is because the box was torn in half during shipping leaving me without a storage box after the season.
9’ Jersey Frasier Fir
3 stars so far. Purchased after Christmas and did put up to see if we liked it. Some issues with lights not working which was frustrating for new product, but husband was able to fix. There are a lot of lights and tree seems quite full but will require a lot of “fluffing”. Our first artificial tree…maybe 4 stars after decorated.
Research
This tree was beautiful when we took it out of the box but then needles started falling off the tree as if it was a live or old tree. This is why I purchased this tree not only that the lights on the bottom limbs was not coming on. We found out one the housing on the lights were broken. I plan on returning this tree although the tree is beautiful I am highly disappointed. I was told by the company I could return which leads me to believe they are selling used trees.
Not good
This is the first artificial tree I’ve purchased, I reviewed, researched, and made a decision and I get this artificial tree that I thought would be perfect; there are no instructions! It has a sheet that says to check out this link for an instructional video and I doesn’t open! I am very disappointed, I am returning this tomorrow! Get your act together National Tree Company, you are messing with real people here!

We had a real tree in our home for many years until I got tired of cleaning up needles
