Big and bright

The diameter of this tree is very large. It’s a “statement” tree! The lights are a warm white and as there are a ton of them, the tree is very bright. It assembled easily; but requires a lot of bending and “fluffing” of the branches. Over all, it’s a very nice tree.

When opened the set of lights at the top of the tree didnt work.I found the wire had been severed.One strand of lights didnt work in the bottom section of the tree.I found a bulb that was blown.

Love everything about it.Looks like a$1000.00 tree.

Tree looked nothing like the picture!

We bought this tree as a gift. It looked nothing like the pictures and Lowe’s would not take the return. Now we are stuck with a tree we don’t want.

Easy to put together, however take time to spread the branches and needles. It is well worth it. We added two strands of red lights in the middle just for a touch of color. There are plenty of lights.

Nice size but not nearly as full as shown, branches don’t go as far down trunk as picture suggests

The tree looks fine, but a bit disappointing in terms of the “fullness “. We can see through it after fully spreading the branches and decorating it. We have another National Trees (7 1/2 feet” ) that is very full. That tree is a regular, not slim, so that may be part of the issue.

I truly love the tree the size is perfect not bulky slimmer then a regular tree but not pencil slim very happy with this tree and I looks and bought and returned trees for 2 years **** has but with your * off coupon it was a $* dollars cheaper

Good Quality! Branches are fairly thick, Lots of lights. Exactly what we were looking for. Height is also perfect.

Very easy to set up but took some time to fluff all the branches. The slim design makes it perfect for small spaces! All the bright lights make this a beautiful tree!

Lowes will not return a defective tree

BEWARE of Lowes return policy. I am now stuck with a pre-lit tree with1/3 of the lights not working. Lowes will only allow a return in store even though I purchased this tree on line.

So far I'd say it's a 1

Tree arrived promptly - no problems there. When I start to put it together, the lights on 3 of the l.imbs just on the bottom section are not working. Called Customer Service and they ordered me another right away which should be here in a few days. If this next one isn't perfect, I'll be writing again.
