Our mining game themed cakes are one of our most popular cakes and these square pans bake perfectly for them. Corners accurate enough to frost sharply but not too sharp to cause cake to stick in them. We're a fan of this brand!

Quality!!! I love it!!

This is my first Fat Daddio's baking pan, but it sure won't be my last. solidly built, beautiful, and bakes perfectly so far. I purchased this particular pan to use in my toaster oven, and it fits like it was made for it. Based on the quality and performance of this pan, I'll be looking at more of their pans to see what I can add to my bake ware.

Perfect large cake pan

It's well-made quality. I purchased this cake pan for one of my friend's wedding cake. It's the perfect LARGE cake pan.

Don’t wash in dishwasher

This is probably a good pan but I washed mine in the dishwasher and evidently the aluminum surface had an oxidation reaction and the surface came out terribly discolored. Haven’t baked anything with pan but certainly would only hand wash this pan.

Nice Brownie pan

Nice pan! I have used this brand in the past and have liked their pans. My only suggestion is if you want them to stay nice looking wash them by hand.

Wonderful pan

I've baked cakes, crumbles, brownies, side dishes, and they've all cooked evenly and browned nicely. My glass pans were leaving cakes raw in the middle and overly browned at the edges, these don't do that. They clean well, and release- as long as you grease them.

Great pan for sweet and savory bakes!

I’ve purchased many of the different pans from this brand and they are durable and clean easily. Since I’ve bought this 8X8 pan, I’ve used it for cakes, cornbread, and even a lasagna for 2. The light colored material creates an even baking surface and the size is perfect for cooking in a toaster oven. Thinking of buying additional pans in this size!

A good buy

I was making a large decorative chessboard cake & needed two 12” pans - I had never purchased from this brand before, so I was hesitant (as I wanted it to turn out perfect!). The pans were just right. It baked evenly & the cake was delicious. I would buy from this brand again, and I’m happy to have these pans!

Great pan for cakes, as the anodized aluminum gives you a nice even cook. The square edges and straight sides provide a very nice finish to the cakes.The only thing to note is that you want to ensure you properly grease the pans or line with parchment paper or you will have some issues with cakes sticking.

Fat Daddio's Pro series 8" square cake pan is perfect! The lightweight of the pan makes it perfect for those with arthritis and/or carpal tunnel.

PERFECT Bakers

These pans are FANTASTIC! Everything bakes evenly and perfectly! Michaels carries the size cake pans I can’t find anywhere else unless I order from online, which I HATE to do! I like to feel the weight of the pans and the appearance, you can’t do that online.

First time use, the cake

First time use, the cake got a hard crust that had to be cut off. Does not happen with my round Fat Daddio pans. Of course will use again at a later time.

Disappointing performance

These pans should come with a WARNING that olive oil cannot be used with them. Bought several intended for use for focaccia for my business and am now stuck with pans i really don’t have a use for. My first attempt baking focaccia was disastrous! Dough stuck terribly and product was ruined!
