Perfect size

This pan is heavy duty and the 4 inch sides are hard to find in a bigger cake pan. It is perfect for my big batch of cinnamon buns .

This was the perfect size for a sheet cake for 15 people. Good quality materials and love that there is no coating

Perfect

I use this pan when my local baking store did not have my normal preferred brand, it was fantastic. The cake turned out amazing,it did not burn or turn hard on the sides. The bottom was perfect. I would use this brand again.

This 4" deep pan is lighter and thinner than my 25 year old 13x9x3 Fat Daddio cake pan. It doesn't seem to affect the performance, but all the same, "shrinkflation" is always annoying.

Great extra large baking pan. Conducts even heat, light weight and easy to clean. I use it to bake large quantities of bar snacks.

Great Quality

This is a great product and its easy to clean It was exactly what I needed to make simple sheet cakes. I also used this pan to make carved cake pieces.

Not just for cake pan

This pan is not only good for cakes. It works well for making Greek Baklava. The dementions of this pan make it easy to cut the baklava and produce beautifully cut pieces. I have a pan and this year I bought this one for my sister-in-law who is the big pastry maker in our family. She bakes all year round.

Nice

Nice, sturdy aluminum cake pan. Frosted two next to each other to make large sheet cake for about 50 people. Used parchment paper on the bottom to ensure no sticking. I’m happy with this purchase!

It has a scratch in the bottom. Other baking pans I've had peel when they're damaged.

It was damaged there's a scratch in the bottom it may affect the longevity baking with this pan and I'm hoping not

Best Pan Ever

This was my first pan from Fat Daddio's but it won't be my last. The bake on my cake was perfect and their website is full of information to help making all your baking a success, from how to adjust recommended temperature and bake time to how much batter each of their pans will hold. I highly recommend Fat Daddio's.

Love this pan!

Love this pan! I am switching out all of my cake pans to Fat Daddio's. The only thing to keep in mind is the cooking time, My first cake I did not make that adjustment and I burnt it. You need to reduce your cooking temp by 25 degrees. After I learned that, worked great!

Hard to clean

Until I got this link to review I had no idea what size the pan was. Nowhere on the pan or the paper inside is it listed. It is also hard to clean and left scratch marks when I used a green non scratch scrub pad to get the residual cake out of the corners and a few other areas. Those are the 2 reasons I only gave it 4 stars. It did seem to cook pretty evenly which is why it got 4. I will try putting some parchment paper in it next time to see how that works out. It is a nice heavy pan that hopefully will last a long time, as long as I can keep my husband away from it (he used my very expensive 14x22 cake pan to drain the radiator into :( and thought I could just wash it out).

Fat Daddio pan fan.

This sheet pan is great. I bought it to replace an old sheet pan that was 35years old that finally needed to be replaced. I hope I get another 35 years out of this fat daddio pan.

Sturdy and well made

Sturdy and bakes evenly. Make sure you put a heat core in the center to prevent edges burning. Turned edge cooled fast to prevent burns

Great Pan

The pan was pricey but with the 40% of coupon it was easier on the wallet. The pan isn’t shiny like mist cake pans but I followed the prep instructions and my cake turned out perfect. I would definitely buy another pan from this company.

Uneven baking and a stuck mess!

I was excited to use this pan for an upcoming birthday cake bake. The cake stuck to the bottom and sides of pan, even with it being buttered and floured... Very sad and disappointed in this pan. Bottom of cake was dark in some areas and barely baked in others. It's not worth the money. (For those of you wondering, I have a go to birthday cake recipe I use often and I've never had it stick so bad to any other pan this bad.)
