My New Best Pan!

Have always used my 9X13 glass pan for baking and making different baked items and sweets. Always seemed to have to adjust cook times and temps. NOT ANY MORE!!! Lovely baking pan, totally versitile and I no longer have to calculate anything. Got a Great deal on it and everything is coming out easily and perfect!! I could not be happier with a pan! My new best go to pan. Its an absolute need. Leave that glass pan for other roasting needs. I promise your goodies will love it too!

Nice pan but when I made focaccia it stuck all over the pan despite me oiling it. I’m not sure what to do next time. It was definitely disappointing. Probably user error, but would be nice if it had tips to prevent

Fat daddios cake pan

Love most fat daddios products. However was pretty unhappy with the results of this pan. My favorite, well tested, and loved chocolate cake recipe was used and it didn't turn out so well...(even with a fat daddios heating rod) my cake baked very unevenly. It turns out perfect in other pans but not this one sadly 😭

Finally, a heavy duty 9x13 pan with a finish that doesn't chip or scratch every time it is used! I love the finish and the quality of this pan. I expect it to last for many years with the same good looks. I really needed a pan that wouldn't look shabby at potlucks and family get togethers. I have confidence that the finish is safe for my cakes and bars as well as my casseroles. There is a disclaimer not to use tomatoes or acidic ingredients, understandable with this type of metal. Thank you for a high end product at a reasonable price!

The only thing I found was that after it came out of the oven, it had spots that looked like fingerprints, but they aren't fingerprints, as they don't wash off. Other than the marks, the pan is good.
