Changed price, and design

Very poor railing kit. Wrong parts were included- plastic cap for tubing to fit into, all angled For stair rails, no straight ones which were supposed to be included. Previous rail kits were predrilled and easy to assemble, plus top rail is no longer included have to purchase separately. We bought seven rail kits previously and assembly was simple cost was about $65 a kit, purchased two rail kits 3 months later previous no longer available and price was $109 without top rail .

Still waiting.

Still have not received replacement for one unit damaged in shipping.

Pro wood Cedar rail

Does not contain items listed in kit. Straight railing kit has all baluster stair adapters which doesn’t work to install a straight railing.

Great product, very happy!

First time I had it delivered to home where it was missing a lot of parts. 2.5 hours at customer service and I get it ordered again to be delivered to store. Still miss some parts. Wood is bad quality, lots of pre work, baluster connectors are 2 in 1 so they aren’t great. Aluminum rods poorly joined to rails.

Quality does not match what you pay

The quality of the wood is very poor. Many defects and inconsistent edges. For the money spent I was expecting a much nicer selection of pine. You are better off buying the post connectors, balusters, and wood separately. You'll save a ton of money and have better luck with the quality of the wood.

Junk !!

This kit is a disaster! ballasts are supposed to fit into plastic brackets, but the brackets are horribly malformed and far too short to hold the ballast in place to hammer the rails rail in place, 3 people trying to line up the ballasts from the top to bottom rail, absolutely impossible. As we’ve already drilled the rail, we can’t return this expensive junk. I am beyond frustrated with such a poor product and will now have to find an alternate fix. Total waste of several hundred dollars!

It came out so beautiful! Only one of the wood came warped. But not where it's noticeable. So many compliments from our neighbors! :)

A nightmare to put together! Ballisters very hard to line up! Wish I never would have purchased!

Poor Quality 2x4s

The boards were badly selected for these kits. Way too many knots and splits and cracks. For hand rails it is better to go "cherry pick" out your own 2x4s and have them cut to fit.

Front porch railing

Rail looks good but had to purchase additional brackets and 2 by 4 to complete installation. I assumed everything i needed was included. All and all its a great item.

Rail assembly surprise.

The rail assembly is very nice but from the pictures I was under the belief that the rails were drilled for the spindles but that is not the way it is they mount on the backside. I drilled the rails to build the assembly.

These railing sets are fantastic! We love the package kits, for the ease of construction and offered appearance. These kits do take some attention to detail and carpenter skill, but they are well worth the price to get a metal rail around the deck. We really could not be happier with the appearance and quality of the product . Make sure to use a 4x4 to support the rails while installing, and to create the correct space at the bottom

[Rewarded Review] Very Nice Looking Fence/Railing

As anyone can see from my pictures and the companies pictures, This Kit makes a very nice Deck Railing. It could also make a nice fence around a garden. The metal balusters come in 26” to 36” to make different height fences. The also come in different style railings.I am reviewing the one with round metal balusters and 2x4 rails.

Although the delivery was delayed for a few weeks, Home Depot was wonderful in working with us to make sure we received the product. Once we got it, we were very pleased with the kit and have received many compliments on how it looks on our front and side porch. Highly recommend!
