I have purchased many of this product and Quality is hit or miss. There are often knots with wood missing and gouges in the wood. Make sure you look over your selection before accepting. For this order all was ok.

They were a little hard to get them level and one of the bottom wood rail was bowed which made it more difficult. It definitely takes two people to instal to help hold everything.

Nighmare to align if your steps do not align with 34 degrees. My steps are 11 feet long and splicing the rails in alignment and holding the line is ovrly complicated. Check your slope before purchasing.

Very disappointed in one set. I did not realize one of the Rail/post boards was warped until after I cut it and and attached it. Warped boards should never be shipped.... I realize it was my fault for not looking, Next time I will . The other thing is that these items are NOT stocked in the HD. So having to wait on shipping is a Bummer .... I am looking at replacing all the rails on my front porch and may try and find some who stocks this product....
