[Rewarded Review] It's nicer than what I expected.

It's nicer than what I expected. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this commercial retrofit downlight and maybe because the packaging does state it is 'commercial'. It is somewhat nicer quality than the typical replacement retrofit downlight. I will definitely purchase the additional amount needed to upgrade the rest of the room I am working in.

[Rewarded Review] Great quality, nice lighting

I've installed a lot of LED lights in the past 20 years. While I'm happy the price is finally reasonable for the majority of what is available, Quality is something you really need to check before buying. A lot of companies are manufacturing functional but low quality lights. Feit has become a go to for me and they haven't let me down yet. From smart dimmers to light fixtures and standard plugs switches the standard is high quality. This multi adjustable light is no exception. Straight forward installation and it functions perfectly.Easily giving you the light ambiance you need for any room. Do not hesitate to purchase this product. You have found the right one.

[Rewarded Review] Nice overhead LED fixture with choices in light color and intensity

This fixture replaced an incandescent one. I love how you have three choices on color temperature and three choices on light intensity. Easy to install and can even be dimmable (I did not use a dimmer). I had to enlarge my existing opening slightly. They included a template to make it easy. Don't forget eye protection if working overhead! Once the electrical connections are made, the slight holds itself in place securely with spring snaps

[Rewarded Review] Outdated Canned Ceiling Light - Replacement

I replaced an outdated inefficient canned ceiling light with this one. The new lamp arrived with a bent diffuser (see photo). It was fairly easy to straighten, although difficult to make perfectly flat. Installation was fairly straightforward, however the instructions were poorly written. I contacted the manufacturer via email for clarification, but they haven’t responded.

This 6 inch LED retrofit commercial downlight is 1900 lumens and is also dimmable. It is a direct mounting so no housing is required. It can be used as a replacement recessed light or in addition to other downlights. The wattage outputs are selectable in 3000K, 4000K or 5000K. The light is rated for 50,000 hours and can be used in wet locations. It is also rated for direct contact with insulation.

The Run Bison 6” Commercial grade downlight is a well-built quality unit. The light is very versatile in that it has selectable operating wattages, selectable CCT (correlated color temperature) with three different temperatures, and being that its commercially rated, runs on 120-277 volts. It comes equipped with a seismic restraint (strap) that is required for commercial installations.

I love this in ceiling light. I replaced the old original light that had the glass dome that was installed when house was built in 1984. This is in the master bath where shower and toilet are. Old light was the soft yellowish light. I installed this new light myself. Easy installation. I can adjust the brightness which gives a lot more light, white brite. I love that i can afjust the light brightness. Its made a huge difference including the light is in the ceiling and not sticking out with the big glass dome like my old one. I need to get another one just like it, same size for my laundry room. I highly recommend.

[Rewarded Review] Very Nice Run Bison 6 Inch New Construction or Remodel Commercial LED Downlight

I have installed a lot of LED downlights but this is my first experience using the Run Bison brand from Home Depot. I just installed the commercial grade 6 inch retrofit version and was very happy with the well-made housing as it consists of very strong material and won’t be easily damaged if installers are a little rough with it or accidentally drop it. I usually work by myself and appreciate the safety clip and wire that allows it to hang in place while I am working. It is dimmable, requires no housing, has a switch to select the CCT (color) with 3 choices from cool to daylight (field Adjustable), is listed for wet locations and has a rated lifetime of 50,000 hours. Since the operating wattage is from 12 W to20 W at 1900 lumens, it is ideal for meeting green requirements and produces plenty of light. Last but not least, it was easy to install only taking a few minutes and the extra strong clips held it firmly to the ceiling. I could find nothing to dislike about this product and recommend it.

[Rewarded Review] A step above other LEDs

I've bought and installed several different brands of LED retrofit lights and these Run Bison kits are a step above. Well built connection box with EMT flex to the light. Nice long spring arms that don't smash the light into the hole when you mount it and a wire safety line with clip so it doesn't pull on the box while installing/servicing. Another plus, the color and wattage switches are on top of the lamp and not the connection box. I'll definitely buy more.

I was impressed by the quality and ease of installation. Each trim was installed in less then 10 min each. Instructions are easy to read and simple to follow. Minimum skills required to install. Added bonus feature includes two switches that allow you to change color tempature and brightness. Great addition to make sure you get the preferred lighting for your living space.

[Rewarded Review] Easy to install and has several lighting adjustments

I have old cans in my basement drop ceiling and wanted to replace them. This fit the bill. The template they provided worked without a problem. Once I removed the old clunky unit I was able to rewire the new unit. There was plenty of play in the cable that I could wire below the ceiling before I inserted the new fixture. I liked easy to adjust the light color and the light intensity. The bonus is that they are also dimmable so I can have different light colors and intensity on one circuit.
