LED's flicker, no customer support

My plans were to install 44 of these recessed LED"s in basement remodel project. After installing about 15 of these LED's I noticed that some of the LED"s flicker for several minutes and then stabilized to a solid light. But in a few locations, the LED always flickered. I called customer support, but the connection dropped after being on hold for a few minutes. I sent an email but the address bounced.
