It is a really great product. I had no problems installing and it looks great.

The fireplace was a lot more noisy than we thought it would be. We ended up returning it.

This electric fireplace is 3X times better than what it replaced. Heats more sq. footage, more flame options, and more color patterns to choose from. And to top it off it only took about 10 minutes to install in the fireplace mantle, fitting perfectly. We also feel more safer with the internal sensors that make sure the unit does not overheat, or the plugin it is plugged into.

This unit was easy to set up and learn to use. Adds warmth and glow to my living area.

Fireplace is great. A little on the noisy side. It’s a faint white noise but other than that amazing. The heating element is also good. Two thumbs up ????

Just what we needed to replace an older insert that burned out. Looks good and gives nice heat.

Unit is good. An older unit of the same brand with the same BTU seemed to heat the room quicker. This newer unit comes with a remote control which is useful for chaning settings and to turn on/off the unit.

I bought this to replace a heater I got years ago. It fit perfectly in the wood-like fireplace. Glad I kept the screws and brackets from the old one as this didn’t have those pieces. Love the remote the color and speed functions. Thermostat is great. Gayle

Nicest insert we've ever had.

I ordered this while it was still hot outside. I just now have had a chance to use it as we have had a couple of chilly mornings. So far I really like this. It fit perfectly in our console. It is a bit louder than the previous one but not to the point that it interferes with daily activity.

Exact fit for my application. Easy to install and has a very nice look. Heats well and does whats intended. Fits perfectly inside entertainment console.I would recommend.

Love fireplace…poor shipping packaging

Love my new fireplace but the box was in poor condition when it arrived…large tear and hole in side and glass was exposed. The corners were dented as well. Luckily it was not broken. It needs to be protected more in shipping.

I’m happy with the fireplace and unhappy with customer service. Asked for a call back regarding how often these fire places last and finally got a call back (I think) a couple of weeks ago.

Had to replace a 12 year old insert. This fit perfectly, has a thermostat so uses less energy, warms up fast. Highly recommend and would buy it again.
