There is nothing wrong with this downrod but the fact that it cost me $60 by the time I paid for shipping and the fact that I cannot return it because I ordered the wrong size makes me very unhappy.
Advertised as 3/4" but it is 1"

Black Down Rod
I was not able to find a 12 inch black ceiling fan down rod near where we live. This one is perfect and arrived very quickly.
Received it soon after I ordered it but then discovered my new chandelier didn't call for one so am returning. Was sent shipping info promptly which makes the return very simple and easy.

This is not a 3/4" width rod. It is a full 1".

The color was not a direct match to the ceiling fan. The down rod has a more polished or glossy shine. Whereas, the fan is more of mat (unpolish) color.
