No, I’ve ordered 3 so far and all have arrived cracked.

I love the product but came in with front corner damaged. We have raised the flooring to hide damage since we had a time limit with our installers. It was going to take up to 5 weeks to return and get a new one. I had shipped to store and I picked up so it wouldn’t get damaged. Box was not damaged so it came from manufacturer damaged before put in box. I guess this is what to expect when special orders.

I ordered the shower pan and the first two that were delivered to the store were damaged. I know that is not the fault of the store. It’s the fault of Jacuzzi.

Corner was cracked in shipping. Really disappointed.

I ordered three of them and all three arrived damaged. Terrible packaging arrived cracked and with scratches.

This was a perfect size for our new renovation.

I always use Jacuzzi shower pans and they never disappoint.

The shipper damaged the base heavily and I needed to return the item since I did not see the damage upon drop off. The whole corner was broken off in shipment.

Not enough feet on the bottom the fiberglass is thin would not recommend

This product was shipped 5 times with factory damage with everyone. Finally after two and a half months gave up.

Thanks for having this product and dimensions. It was difficult to find one

Hopefully 3rd shipment is the charm

Sturdy and easy to install

I have not received this product Yet I have received all my order but this

A few chips and cracks on corners, I’m guessing during shipment, gave me pause. I believe they will be behind the tile and not affect integrity of waterproofing. Have only installed pan and not finished shower. Seems well built and sturdy. Hopefully will be what I anticipated

Seems to be very sturdy, dimensions were spot on. If they could box it better to more easily transport and carry, it would gain the extra star.

There was a crack in one corner of pan when removed from box.

So far, so good. Still to be installed. First one sent was damaged in one corner. Wayfair was able to send a new one and I donated the first one. Second one came with a smaller chip on a corner. My contractor will be able to work around the small chip. I hope the installation goes well. It looks like it will be a wonderful shower experience. Also, this item does NOT come with a drain. Wayfair and Jacuzzi helplines were not able to source a solution. My plumber finally found something that would work at another $118.00.

Nice large shower pan but it came damaged on one of the corners. Had to return it to local Home Depot.
