Had some problems but we worked it out.

The tub is beautiful, and I think we will enjoy it. Getting it here was a problem. It was supposed to be free shipping, but I received a call from the shipper stating that he was in my area, but could not deliver to my house because he was driving an 18 wheeler. I suggested he bring it back another day in a smaller truck, to which he replied that he only uses 18 wheelers, and that I would have to come and pick it up. All 350 lbs. of it. With a lot of help, I was able to get it to my house. So, don't count on the free shipping. Once we got it inside and unpacked, we noticed several of the electrical cords were unattached. With an electrician's help, we were able to figure out most of them. I'm still waiting (a couple of weeks now) on a call from customer service on the others. Most distressing was that I was assured the tub would be 110v, but it came 220v, which meant I had to rewire my electrical box. I have to admit that Max has been very helpful and even compensated for the mix up on the electric.

Great everyday tub

Love this tub. Use as everyday bath and for the needed jet therapy. Well worth it!

Unfortunately, I have just been informed by our plumber that this tub is not approved in Massachusetts/ does not comply with Massachusetts plumbers code. I will be returning it this week

Do not buy

Our original tub cracked and we were happy to find Empava to replace it. Now we have huge problem: empava is not connectable to a drain system. Small plastic flexible horse permanently attached to unit and impossible to connect to drain. Customer support answered to call professional plumber and 2 of them suggested us to return the unit

It took over a month to get here, but it is gorgeous. We do not have it installed yet, but it came packaged well and is exactly as pictured.

Beautiful tub. Instructions are lacking and need an electrician to ensure proper electrical hook up. But overall very happy.

Easy Install and Works Well

The fact this tub was freestanding and included all the hardware makes it worth the money for me. It was easy to install and works as advertised. The second seating area is a little small but overall the amount of room inside the tub is suitable for two.

We have been looking for a corner tub for about 6 months for our newly built home. This tub came and it was absolutely perfect. It was crated very nicely for shipping purposes and didn’t have a scratch.

Delivery on time and good condition. Tub looks great and seems to be good quality. Can't wait to install it and try it out.

As you can see in the picture our master bathroom is not quite finished however that did not stop us from trying out the jacuzzi. Best purchase by far! We purchased as a return on the floor of our local store for a fraction of the original cost, not knowing if all the pieces were even there to make this thing work. My husband is very handy though, and for the price we paid we took a chance. The Home Depot staff on the floor were great to work with (we negotiated and they marked it down even further!) and to our surprise, everything was there and everything worked fine. No leaks! The only thing that it's missing is a heater to keep the water hot but we're going to look into possibly adding one after the fact. So now I've used it several times and I can tell you I did have a jacuzzi at my last house and loved it, however this thing is my new best friend! I believe this must have been designed by a woman! Well placed jets...need I say more ladies?? You're welcome! Enjoy! I know I am... ☺️
