We purchased 3 - 6000 watt heaters for our new construction home. Installation was delayed because of the home construction. Once our contractor began the install we noticed one heater was damaged during shipping. It was about 75 days after purchase and the company still replaced the heater even though there is a 30 day policy on damaged items. We were definitely outside the return window but they still sent us a replacement. I’ll buy from them again for sure.

Bought 2 of the 6000

Bought 2 of the 6000 watt heaters. Had a certified electrician install both. Cost me a lot of money to have them installed because I had to run 240v. They still don’t work. My electrician has called multiple times, but all he gets is excuses. You guys make him do unnecessary tests, which he does and they still don’t work. It costs me every time he comes out. Each unit has been installed correctly and each have 240v. I would never recommend these heaters to anyone.

Clean heat

My wife wanted a heater for our sun porch that is clean (not gas or an electric baseboard) and easy to use. This heater is perfect. Once the 240v line was in place, it was easy to install and it looks nice.

Excellent Heaters!!

We bought 2 of these for our covered deck a little over a year ago. Our deck is 18x12 and we have the heaters mounted on the exterior beam pointing in. Does a great job of heating the area, and we often have to turn then down or off when using in winter. Half power is great when there is no wind. Look amazing also. Make sure you have breaker space for them!
