Terrible construction

Within days of running the heater on medium heat the case fell apart and all the wires fell out. Doesn’t work anymore. Also the clips that held the feet on melted.

Ordered 4, just unboxed and hooked up the first one. 2 hours in and it fell over because the plastic feet melted

Poor Quality Base makes it useless!!

Heater itself seems to be ok quality but the Base/Feet are poorly designed and manufactured and Split when installing which makes the heater useless.

Small Space use in areas without foot traffic. Feet snap onto the unit - they are not a tight fit allowing too much sway making the unit unbalanced and it easily tips over if bumped - thus 1 star

Fair warning

This oil filled heater arrived damaged with leakage from a badly sealed lower edge. For the high price it looks cheaply made. Walmart and the maker, NewAir were extremely difficult and gave me the runaround in their cheery way, making the refund process a nightmare. Buyer beware.

It heats up a small room that is 10' x 11' or approximately 79 sq ft room nicely and keeps it comfortable without it getting too warm. Our other radiator-like oil filled heater was too much for a small room, even on the very lowest setting.

Fair. Definitely helps my desk area be less fffrrreeezziinnng, but I wouldn’t call it toasty warm.

Efficient heat, great value

I bought this as a gift for my Wisconsin sister. She loves it! It is easily portable, gives off a nice heat.

It was delivered on time and works as expected, neatly fitting under the desk and warming that work area. The feet, which are FEET not "casters", needed to be tapped into place with a soft mallet.

Mini Heater

Ordered two heaters, one for myself and one as a gift. Received and one was cracked, returned to store and other will be given as a gift.

It never would heat up.

This little heater is precisely what I wanted, and I am not using it under my desk. :)

This such a mighty little heater. It takes a few hours but, my living room open to dining room -both are 15 x 15ft rooms with 12 foot ceilings, are so comfy. We haven’t turned in the furnace yet here in Cincinnati.
