Good quality

It's made very well but it took a while to assemble the frame. Longer than other doors we have purchased.

This thing is pretty janky- glass is thin and the whole thing feels cheap

Apparently it is a quality product, but this answer will be given by my client, depending on how long it is used and how long it remains with the same resistance.

Very poor quality

It broke when the installer is installing it. Not a safe one as its too thin

On time delivery. Package was missing instructions on assembly and missing 3 ea. handle vinyl strips. After calling to company and working with a Lowe's manager they were able to order the parts. Expect new parts in 3 weeks, to long to get missing parts and complete installation.

The doors are not to tight. They shake when you close them. There is no rubber on the bottom to make the glide easily.

I got the box and my contractor opened but its missing key pieces the roller apparatus ;

Decent quality, but a bit overpriced

Easy installation and looks great. The handles aren’t as I would have hoped, but still easily accessible. Be cautious when tapping in the handles, as you can easily shatter the glass if you don’t use a rubber mallet.

I got a great price on an item which I did not know Wayfair sold. II was expecting to purchase from a big home improvement store ,and got a better price from Wayfair, Also, they shipped the item to my house. The home improvement stores ship to store and you have to pick it up I received the item in the expected time frame. It was nice to know that Wayfair has U.S. based customer service representatives. I am glad I found what I needed at Wayfair.

not happy with door

I love the look of this shower door. The design of the glass was a major factor in buying. There were not any directions for installation.The pattern glass gives the the desired effect but the inside glass panel has no stop. It is not anchored at the bottom at all. U would think there was some way of preventing that glass pane from flopping back and forth as it does not sit on the bottom chanel. without touching the bottom of the chanel. When the door was installed professionally I expected the same type of door handle that is in the picture but is is only a clipped little door pul that does come loose in use. Then you have to be careful in cleaning as the outer glass panel pops out of bottom trac and is not easy to get it back in as it is a heavy panel of glass. That is caused by the inside glass is loose, and bumps against the outside door when cleaning the shower. The handle is pictured as a double horizontal bar for open and closing. I am not happy. Wish there was a way to have what I thought I was buying.

No Instructions!

This shower door did not come with any installation instructions, which is odd for a DIY home improvement store. It was almost impossible to find any help online either. The closest thing we found was a technical manual to a similar door by the same company which was only marginally helpful. Also, the rubber strips that go between the glass and the metal towel bar are so flimsy they tore apart just trying to put the metal pieces over them. We ended up having to use clear silicone to keep our towel bar in place. We do most of our own home repairs and remodeling and if it weren't for our pretty extensive DIY experience, we would have been hiring this out.

Bad instructions, door doesn't stay put

Thought the other reviews aren't a big deal but it is bad. Stay away. The cheaper option isn't always good, go with shower doors that have precut holes for handles. The doors itself slides well but the bottom part is very loose because there is no actual drill hole in the bracket to the base per the instructions.

Install is a breeze, the instructions made it incredibly easy to get right. My only gripe is a mistake I made when putting the pulls on the glass. I put one of them on the wrong side.

You get what you payed for

Not best quality but for $800 didn't expect much.

WORST and UNSAFE DOOR

The installer was trying to hang the door and the door shattered to pieces on his hand. The glass door is very thin for the size and shatters easily. It shattered exactly at the bracket. If you have kids or even adults, I would strongly advise not to get these.

Broke in my hand upon installation

No slips, no drops, the door simply shattered in my hands as I was installing the door. I cannot recommend this product it is clearly not safe.

Glass very cheap safety glass a 1/4" thick. Had both doors explode while trying to install. Fortunately only minor cuts to the two of us.

Nice functioning shower door. Only complaint would be a little more difficult to install than some others on the market, but overall very nice and fit a difficult shower size.

I have been changing shower curtains for 30 years now and decided to get a glass shower door. It looks great and is easy to clean. I should have done this years ago. I got a great price from Lowes and had them install it also. They did a great job and it looks great also.

Pretty straight forward shower doors, fairly easy to install and no trouble with hardware. Not sure how well it will hold up over time, as the hardware is pretty inexpensive stuff. Overall okay for the money.
