The base was decent quality and the glass doors are useable. The walls are super thin and we’re unusable. I ended up tiling the walls to make it work. I wouldn’t recommend ever using this kit again

Walls on this product are terrible.

Very low quality. The glass door looks nice, but one of the screws for installation was stripped out and they didn’t provide any protection extras. This would be fine for an apartment/rental upgrade but not for a primary home

The Dreamline infinity shower with door is beautiful and well worth the money spent

Home Depot tech info on web site did not specify drain was centered on the width only. Pan is 36” deep but drain is 15” from the back. “Center Drain” must have a different definition than I would give it. Other manufacturers say “center drain” and is is truly centered. So, I had to do additional PIA plumbing.

Would be great to find a tool that gets the caulk in seams wo the mess

horrible service for damaged items

Received shower stall in broken state, customer service was a pure nightmare. I live 40 miles from the closest Home Depot and ordered this now I have to wait several weeks to receive a return or drive it all the way to Home Depot. In my opinion this is horrible customer service they should have sent a replacement stall out while waiting for mine to come in I could have easily provided them with pictures of the damaged product. They refused to accept pictures after they told me they could. The moral of the stor story is with Home Depot. You better read the fine print. They just lost this businesses money.

Nice reasonably priced kit.

We were the entire kit to be sure that it will fit together nicely. My contractor had to do a little bit of adjustment for the walls, but he made it work. The walls came out of the box looks a little flimsy, but once they were on the wall, they looked fine.

Some things were not clear in the instructions but soon became obvious with left over pieces. Instructions could be better.

base ok. door ok. sides junk . instructions very poor, measurements given before ordering incorrect and misleading. over all a poor quality product.

I understand giving flexibility to a product for an install. But when you buy the full shower enclosure including the base, I think the walls should fit the base without modifications. I also think the diagrams showing the placement of the adhesive need to be improved. It is looking OK. Just a lot of extra work that I think is not necessary. My $.02.

Out of date

Instructions are out of date and or wrong for the left sided shower insert kit and provide faulty installation now the water doesn’t drain out of the shower and just pools in the middle of the pan… do not buy a dreamline ever I will contacting dreamline directly about this matter

It wasn't anything special. The walls are easy to cut, however the directions about glue was way off. You need a ton if it for it to work and we used liquid nails!!!!

Spacious modern shower.

This shower kit is best installed by a professional, or at least very handyman, haha. It has elegant detailing, is very spacious, and feels sturdy to shower in. I liked the built in shelves. I don't regret ordering it. I would probably order it again, if given the choice.

Overall happy with it

Once installed, I really love the look so I'm overall happy with my purchase. However I ordered the kit with a center drain, but the drain was not centered, it was off by 2 inches which created a problem for my install because we had a beam there. I ended up having to buy a separte pan with a right drain and my contractor had to move the plumbing to make it work. The customer service from home depot and dreamline was absolutely awful so if you buy it, beware you will not receive any help.
