Keeps breaking!

I’m now ordering them 2 at a time because they break so easily. This shouldn’t be this hard- it’s a hose not a lunar lander. Next house - no Hansgrohe.

It works perfectly with new shower head. I like the length as it allows us to shower the pets as well.

Works well for only a short time

This is a replacement for an original shower hose that fell apart in less than two years of light duty use. It’s attractive and it works well. Unfortunately the durability is seriously lacking.

I like the sleekness of a solid hose (instead of metal hoses with links) and the metallic finish blends perfectly with the rest of the shower fixtures.

Connection Failed at 1.5 Years

Bottom hose connection failed after only 1.5 years of use in my personal home. Don't know if the initial install was bad but seems like others are having the same issue. I think it looks great compared to other complaints??

My hose is broken after a year of use

Cheap. I'm going to buy a metal hose from another brand.

Huge Hansgrohe fan

Remodeled a 15 year old condo with very hard water that originally had Hansgrohe from the developer. Newer, neighboring buildings have failed plumbing fixtures after a few years, not mine. So I replaced everything with Hansgrohe again

Nice looking hose, but did not last

This is the best looking shower hose, with the matching ends, but it only lasted for about 18 months. Not positive what broken on the inside but it eventually restricted water flow so there was not pressure. Perhaps something twisted in the interior of the hose.

Will only last a few months.

We moved into our brand new house in early July, 2021. This handheld shower hose failed in November. The hansgrohe list price is $91, but Amazon sells them for just under $40. Fortunately, they are easy to replace without tools. The replacement hose failed over Labor Day weekend, 2022, so the second hansgrohe hose lasted about 9 months. They are so cheaply made that the hansgrohe Company could afford to sell an eight-pack of them for the list price, so that the end user could have replacements available for at least a couple of years. An alternative might be to engineer them to last, but that might require some small effort.

Good Replacement Hose.

Easy installation. Good leak-free performance. Only drawback is that the hose is very stiff and won't fit into the holder in the desired orientation. The last replacement I bought did the same thing.

Replaced a metal shower hose with this one. I like this much better. Took a couple days to hang correctly without a loop in it. Now when I spray cleaner on shower I won’t have to worry about this hose losing metal color. Very happy with purchase.

Too stiff

The hose was not pliable enough so it doesn't hang down. Looks very cheap. Will replace with a metal one.

Looks nice and do love that because it's plastic, it has lower impact if banged against tile and glass. No instructions but swivel side is best attached to the handheld shower.

Since upgrading my houses plumbing, I now enjoy great water pressure. However, that pressure was blowing out the hose for my handheld shower after maybe 2 months of use. When shopping for my 3rd replacement, I finally decided to give up on the attractive metal hoses and take a chance on this non-metal hose. Good news: this hose has been working great for over 6 months now AND despite not being metal it looks great with my chrome fixtures - doesnt match them but doesnt clash with them either. Its just a well-made hose with a neutral appearance. Bonus: since it isnt metal, no more clattering against the edge of the tub & no more scuff marks on the tile/tub!

This extra long hose is so nice. I raised my shower head up a foot when I redid my bathroom and this hose still allows me to use the shower head in the bathtub. It's good quality, durable, and a great value for the money. The color is perfect for a brushed nickel head.
