Fine product and a very functional, yet clean design. The package was delayed in transit by FEDEX and I was certain there would be some damage due to all the excessive handling, but the packing was excellent. I have yet to be able to find any evidence that the shower head is ADJUSTABLE and suspect that the Website description is an error, thus 4 stars. Sadly, I could not recommend purchase from WayFair because I of my shipping experience.

everyone who sees this wonders where we got it and for how much!! This is a "steal " compared to pricing in other venues for similar products. WE LOVE IT!! It was also fairly easy to install so says my engr husband...

Great Shower

Have had this shower panel for over a year & bought it to replace a fixed rainshower. It is wonderful being able to control the water flow & temperature (my husband prefers cooler showers & I prefer hot showers). The one thing I wish this had is a massage feature in the hand-held, or in the jets. Other than that, we love it.
