Nightmare service

I love the products but they have messes up every order I have placed - sending wrong items , to many items. Making it very difficult to keep contractors s on time and I have to send back items wait for refunds

It looks and works great. The only thing that could make it better is my water pressure!

Quality is not very good. The 3 shower head doesn’t really make sense. Not sure if water pressure is from my building or the shower itself but pressure is weak compared to the one we replaced. I would return this if I could but didn’t have the chance to so.

The hot and cold mixer does not work. It is either really hot or really cold. It will have to be replaced. Not what you want for a new shower system

I purchased a unit back in July 2021. It was recently installed (Oct 2021) after tile work was done. Right out the box there was issues. Hand wand never shuts off. Causes low water pressure to other features. Customer service forget about! You have to fill out a form to file a complaint and they want the name of the installer and license number. Should tell you something about their product. They send to tech support that NEVER gets back to you. HOUZZ stop selling their products!!!

Beautiful and works well. ANZZI's so-called owner's manual is a joke. It doesn't tell you how to operate the panel nor does it give any troubleshooting advice (like it's easy to get the hoses in back to get kinks and not deliver water!). Also their Customer Service is non-existent. They don't answer the phone nor respond to emails. No response to Chat Assistant either. You're on your own.

Bad installation instructions

This unit seems to be built decently, the end caps on top and bottom want to fold in and have to moved back into position. My real rub on this product was found during the installation. As I was installing the wall mounting system the instruction said to space the top and bottom supports 45 inches apart, but when I went to install the system I hooked the top support bar in and the bottom support was below the unit. The actual distance is 39 inches for any DIYer reading this review but verify for yourself. So now I have 2 holes not covered by anything in my brand new tile shower. My installation system also only came with 3 of the proper screws when 4 is needed. Overall extremely disappointed in whoever wrote the installation instructions and disappointed in myself for not verifying.

Hot and cold connectors were not standard...after turning the water back the connectors leaked and flooded my first floor. Finally after getting the shower installed, there was no way of regulating the water, you either have cold or very hot hot water... returned it back to home depot.

I am sorry to report no end of problems with this unit. They use plastic parts that have failed causing the hand held sprayer cradle to collapse, the unit to leak behind the panel at the shower head connection and the diverter for hot/cold to fail so we have to choose between almost full hot or almost full cold. I am calling the company to see about buying a new diverter and have officially been on the phone for 51 minutes. I will say Latoya who keeps having to put me on hold is delightful and is trying to help. 56 minutes now. God bless them. OKAY I can buy the part for $45. (the reason I can't fuss about paying is that a contractor bought it so I have no proof of purchase for the warranty) I just hope this fixes it for good. Pray you don't get a lemon and ask you contractor for the receipt!

We love our shower panel, although we did a few custom changes to it (during a remodel install). First off we by past mixer and used a digital mixer instead (U by Moen) then we replaced the rain shower arm with a curved one (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Danze-Sirius-15-in-Shower-Arm-in-Chrome-D481144/202325857) to give a little more height. I use the chrome finish as a mirror to shave and it works perfectly. It does eventually fog up, but a quick rinse off and it never fogs up again during that shower. I saw one reviewer that said the water pressure wasn't strong enough from the side jets. The water pressure at our house isn't that strong, but if you are just using the side jets, the water will shoot out over 8', which I would say is pretty good. Now if you have all three valves open at the same time, the water pressure drops a lot, as you would expect. But the fact that you can have any combination of valves open at the same time is great, most other shower panels only allow you to open one at a time.

We bought this shower system less than a year ago. With in a few months we noticed that water appeared to be dripping from inside the unit. Last week the connection to the shower head "blew". My husband is a pretty handy plumber and got another connector but the gasket was gone and irreparable. Considering what we paid for it- I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product and would not recommend it.

The time put into the internal plumbing using brass valves, high strength hose, no leak connectors and braided supply lines. This also comes with a 60" hose for the shower wand which allows for extensive cleaning either when exiting or during standard scheduled cleaning of your shower stalls.
