Very shallow tub (water depth - drain to overflow). I tried, repeatedly, both with Wayfair & the Mfg, to get confirmation of this measurement, but both just kept reading description and stating "it's a deep, 21" tub" but that is the outside tub or skirt height. It is a full 2" s allower than the tub we're replacing (or other tub in our home) - only approx 12". Not suitable if any adult wants to soak - only good if used for washing pets or small children. On top of this, even though I was assured it met my expectations, I was charged $200 to return it. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER (and this is the first room of a multi-room Reno - I guess Wayfair just took themselves out of contention for ANY products going forward.

Wanted to love the tub

The design of the tub base sits very high off the floor. They could have made it a little less tall and made the tub sit lower to the ground. The biggest upset for me was the back rim/long side of the tub slopes to to the wall, so after a shower it floods the seem and it sits in a pool of water. Not sure If I got a defective one or maybe all are like this? Frustrating because it is installed now after $$$ spent on tile work and can't really change it. I would have returned it had I known.

Shipping was great, good messaging regarding the arrival, no damage. The plumbers said it was a really good quality and good price. It was square and good material. They said their long time suppliers were not as good quality anymore and in shipping were often damaged. Haven’t used it yet, but I’m happy with it. It is deep, so stepping into it will be a good stretch for me.

Short woman (4’-11”) loves tub!

I love my new tub! I can stretch my legs out! It’s easy to get in and out of. The vertical grab bar at one end adds extra stability. Area under tub was filled with concrete, so water stays hot and tub floor is stable/not easily cracked. Tub floor not slippery, even without visible texture. I wish the back was less upright, more sloped. The contractor suggested covering tub overflow to get a couple more inches of water. Good idea—it’s no furo.

Overall, this tub looks sharp and modern and feels more substantial than most synthetic material tubs.

beautiful tub and not too small yet compact

Excellent tub. My contractor even complimented the quality. Unfortunately, my measurements were wrong, so I had to return it.

Beautiful, but a bit of a pain to install. Make sure you order all the necessary components like drain, etc.
