Truly a terrible shopping experience

This was hands down one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. It was my first time buying something this expensive and heavy online. When I went to pick it up from Home Depot, I noticed the box was a bit beat up. But since the packaging was a pain to deal with, I just took it home, like the staff suggested. Well, turns out it was broken, and now I have to waste even more time returning it. Definitely not doing this again.
