4th tub is the charm

We ordered our first 67” whirlpool tub on 2/28/24 from Amazon. ALL three tubs through Amazon were damaged on arrival, in spite of a reasonable packing job including plywood. After wasting 2 months and holding up our contractor, waiting on a functioning, non-damaged tub, we ordered directly from Empava. The tub arrived in flawless condition (same packing as the other three tubs), was installed and works flawlessly. It is very comfortable, and very quiet. I do think the jets could be upgraded to a larger motor, but it’s still very nice. Looks great too!

these leak.

I have bought two of these in the vain attempt to get one that wont leak. The first one leaked a lot out of the inlet. The part that feed the jets. The second one leaks put of the overflow. They did send me a video on how to fix my defective tub. I wish I would have shopped for a better tub. The return has been a nightmare through Home Depot as well. Do NOT BUY

Home Depot is the problem. Their customer service is abysmal. You can’t get anyone to respond and when you do they aren’t helpful. If you want service shop local

Lowest Quality & ABSOLUTELY No Customer Service

Bought this tub in a local HD store. Upon installation, the jets doesn't work. Calling Empava & the they claim that the phone system is updating and I could only contact them with email. The respond time is about 2- days. Wasted a lot of time going back & forth. CS told me they confirm that a plastic grille needs to be replaced. Of course it didn't work because it has no mechanical component to it. I have all the emails to prove it. Now I have to haul this 250lb item back. Avoid it!!!!!

Quality tub at affordable price

This tub has a nice quality to it, very clean look. Works great and easy to install. Customer service was also very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions even after purchase when they already had my money. I really appreciated their efforts to make sure I had all the information I needed.

The tub was delivered in an extremely strong box. It was lightweight enough that it was easy to carry upstairs. I havent yet tried it to see how long it retains heat. If it does or doesnt, then I will adjust my review accordingly.

Love the look, ease to install . The drain being in the middle is not great because it will start draining of you bump it whole bathing . The tub is beautiful and we are happy with it

We put this into our newly remodeled master bathroom. It fits perfectly, looks great, and is quite comfortable to bathe in. We got the Black Trim which matches the rest of our finishes perfectly. It looks & feels very high quality. Highly recommend for a modern freestanding bathtub.
