Disappointed

Exactly one year into use of the jacuzzi it started leaking from filter housing that was cracked. Called for parts, in 2 weeks some other parts came but not the right main part- filter housing. Called again, they filed another claim to send the part that they didn't send the first time. the part is on back order and wait another 2-3 weeks to get it. In addition they have audacity to charge me twice for shipping. I spend a lot of money on this Jacuzzi to use it, not for it to sit in my yard empty

AMZ100B 4 Months in and I still love it!

This hot tub arrived sooner than expected but did have logistical issues, props to my local Home Depot store that got it worked out and made it happen. There was no damage to the spa and 4 months later it still works as it should with no leaks. The heater has no issues with 20 degree outside temps. I did a lot of research before I purchased and this one is by far the best you can get for middle of the road pricing. I wish the speakers were higher up somehow but overall I’m very satisfied!!

Awesome spa

We installed last august and have used through out the winter now. We did add foam insulation around the outside for added R factor. The deck covered the sides anyway.

This u it is great. Jets are powerful and there a alot of them. The built in speaker sounds good.

I was a little skeptical about buying a spa over the internet but was tired of going places and feeling like I was buying a used car. This spa came much faster then the time they said although I live in the same area they ship from. The delivery people communicated well about the delivery date & time. They delivered it to the front of my garage. Then I hired a spa moving company to get it to the back of the house and put it in place ($*** for spa movers off yelp). The spa itself is great! Very nicely made, and looks nice set up. It was easy to connect the 220v and programming the filters was simple. The jets are strong and adjustable with two jet buttons and one has high/low. With Ozone, Bluetooth speakers (sound very good), perimeter lighting, adjustable waterfall, and headrests this spa has so many features of much more expensive ones. It comes with the cover also, I added a hydraulic cover lift (about $***), I also used my overstock points from the spa purchase for the stairs and a towel holder. It is hard to find information on this actual model, even the manufacturer doesn't list it on their website. Buy it on sale, stack a coupon. Get the overstock club for the points and buy it with a credit card you get points for and you score all the way around. Get it in place and it can be filled within an hour. Add some bromine and be relaxing by evening.
