We finally put this together and it did take two people a couple of hours but it is awesome. Great hot tub for the price. Great starter hot tub.

Ideal for our small space

This one has all the good features - UV, Ozone for water sanitization, LED, Easy to assemble, my wife loves it. Quite innovative approach for small space like ours. Lovely addition to our patio!

Recently purchased the Oslo and loved it! Favorite feature is the hydromassage jets...really makes the session very relaxing and the air bubbling system adds an extra level of comfort. Plus, the remote-contorlled light strip creates a beautiful and lxurious ambiance. Great way to rewind after a long day!

Great price

Great deal. Had a delay with delivery due to rail strike but was kept informed during process. Haven't put it together yet will update my review at that time. So far so good.

Awesome hot tub for an awesome price

We had a few soft side tubs in the past and they don't handle chemicals to good, they start to breakdown and leaks form everywhere. SO we were a little hesitant to buy this one. I am so glad we did the picture doesn't do it any justice, the tub came in a few boxes on a skid , very easy to assemble with 2 people ( can be done with one) once assemble the hot tub looks very nice and pricey. We assembled it on our deck under a gazebo. And used it all year long including winter months, during winter months your hydro bill will show a difference since the heat pump will run alot to keep temperature. However it held up very well. I love that it has an app and will tell you the filter needs changed or you can run all the jets from app. The colour changing lights sets the mood , the liner has held up very well its a very thick vynl and has held up from the chemicals needed to keep the tub clean and sanitized. The seller is awesome as well, he will call you to double check that you received the hot tub and call you again to make sure everything is working as it should. I highly recommend this hot tub , you won't be disappointed . I will upload photos on a later date.

Aspect solide , montage rapide à 2 ( 2h max) , qualité des matériaux et du conditionnement intérieur des emballages pour éviter tous chocs ou dégradation des éléments. Seule remarque ,peu de vis de fixation de l’ensemble « cadre » ,juste 4 !!! La présence d’un bandeau leds est sympa mais uniquement visible la nuit ?

Broke after 10 months.

The hot tub only lasted 10 months. The heater broke and it’s leaking water due to a cracked hose.

Its a nice hot tub but we jusy got it like a bit ober 3 months a go. And it is already not working anymore. getting replacement parts is like 0% so we have a hot tub what we cant use after only using it 6 times 😤

This hot tub is what I call a solid looking item and it feels luxurious even though it doens't have the premimum price. I am very impressed on how rigid this hot tub is and gives it a more expensive and luxurious look. Set up was simple and only took an hour. We've been using this hot tub everyday after work and it has enough room for us to invite friends over and enjoy the spa session. Love this purchase!

Disappointed.

recommendation to change water 3-5 days is way too frequent. filter system is very poor. remote app is good feature for setting temperature, surpised that spa is not recommended for use lower than 39 F - cannot use outdoor in the winter. RF wireless for changing LED light colours does not work, surprised the lining of tub is plastic, not solid material.
