The first tub was delivered and had a crack in the front part I call the face . The second tub came in and it delivered to the store . We open the box in the store and my mistake not to check under the styrofoam that cover the corners, there wAs a chunk missing. I just think the manufacturer just can’t get it right. Between the delayed delivery time and the damage on both tubs was just too much for me . Held up my project and still could not get it right! Would not purchase or recommend this brand tub to anyone!

Delivery service 0 out of 5 stars. I had a delivery window of 11:30 - 3:30 on Saturday of Memorial Weekend. Stayed home all afternoon. Two guys showed up at 4:00. One BIG guy and his little helper to carry in a heavy $$$$ 72” TUB. I felt sorry for the “helper” “handling” my huge tub by himself on a wobbly dolly . The BIG guy with an attitude WATCHED the “helper” and really didn’t care where he put the $$$$ tub. I’m not sure what happened but the BIG guy does not like his job and should not be in front of customers. MY $$$$ tub looks to be damaged …. Tub Box is crushed. I shall see how this works out.

I've bought 2 of these and both times the product came damaged. The padding to protect the tub during shipping is a joke.

Beautiful tub. Great size even for son who is 6’4”. There was a small defect and they sent someone out and covered the cost of the repair. It looks perfect. No one could ever tell even with a magnifying glass.

I am giving this three stars only because it is not very comfortable and the sides are slightly slanted so you can not place item on the side of the tub. Other than that it is very attractive and easy to clean.

Unfortunately it wasn't square. We paid all this money to get our floors leveled before renovating our bathroom and they went to place the tub and it was a nightmare. Not to mention it arrived with a couple chips out of it. . . not something I could see with it all packaged up. I'm bummed
