It was crack when the plumber on the box to install it.

This is a well made product. Installation was easy and went well. It's just plain white, but it looks great with black fixtures.

I took very long time to arrive, and it was broken. Called Home Depot customer service...they refunded and re-ordered. Second one arrived after 2 weeks...also BROKEN. Poor packaging, bad shipping service.

Poor quality control

The vanity top is attractive and should have been easier to install than it turned out to be because of poor quality control in manufacturing. I received the top after a bit longer wait than initially scheduled. The delay was not really a problem, but the vanity top would not sit properly on the vanity, which had been properly installed and leveled. It was not flat, so required significant shimming in several locations so that it would sit without wobbling. Even worse, the base of one of the sinks had a manufacturing defect which caused a leak. Apparently, the mold used in the manufacture wasn't properly filled with material, so that there was a fine crack at the base. I notified Lowes of the issues, and they agreed to pick up the unit and refund the price upon delivery of a new unit that I purchased, Although I had to wait several months for the order to be filled, Lowes delivered it and picked up the defective one. They promptly issued a refund. The new unit is much better. It sits flat on the vanity without shimming and has no leaks. Had the first unit been as good, I would have given it at least 4 stars.

This vanity top arrived in perfect condition and was easily installed. It fit perfectly on the vanity and was simply glued down. The finish is very smooth and glossy, and it is very easy to clean. I would highly recommend it.

If you are lucky enough for this to arrive not broken, then yes I would recommend. It is gorgeous and extremely white, which is what I wanted. Beautiful. I would suggest plugging the bottom and running water in the sink before installing. After cutting and installling and hooking up firs5 faucet, there was a hairline crack. It was returned and reordered. Apparently it happens a lot with this maker. After seeing how beautiful, I ordered 2 other sizes. After having delivered, I decided to pick u0 at Lowe’s thinking that maybe the product would be handled better. The 73 inch came in perfect but the 43 inch and 37 inch were both busted up. I reordered those 2. Crossing fingers that they make in ok, but I read the reviews and realize I just may have to be patient if I really want these.

Excellent service. Shipping was super fast, needed for a job ASAP and they delivered. Vanity top was packaged very nice, no damages, no blemishes. Was a great choice.

Beautiful countertop

This sink is really pretty on our white cabinets and grey walls. It fits just as expected and we are really happy with it.
