Really love this brand of item
Subpar finishes
The finishes are very thin. The escutcheon strips off the finish as you slide on the escutcheon. Be sure to slide it on from the back.

Looks like good quality and served the purpose I intended. The shower head I was using had hoses coming out of the back and the shorter 6" pipe I was using did not allow for good positioning of the shower head. This 12" length worked perfectly.

The finish was not oil rubbed bronze. I looks like brushed copper. I will be sending it back
Flange didn’t seem to fit the arm
My contractor had to practically make the hole of the flange larger to get the arm in. He wasn’t happy.
