Simple Concept, Extraordinary Results

Constructed of high quality materials, I'd have rated this item five stars except that the end where the shower head attaches was quite sharp and, consequently, cut through the shower head's rubber gasket, leaving it to drip, drip, drip. A few minutes with some emery cloth fixed that, however, and now I can finally wash my hair while standing upright! I'm very happy with the product AND the price.

Came with ends damaged

This came today is thin plastic bag. Ends are damaged; cannot believe this was not shipped in a box. I will have to get from a different vendor.

Shower head will leak

Shower arm pipe is too thin and will not allow a washer to seat on the shower head.

Great and Sturdy

Great, solid and sturdy product. I took a chance, ordered it online and was not able to feel it for the solidness. Turned out it did not fit in our shower space and our showerhead was not hitting in the correct places. So I had to return. But I would buy it again if I had a different situation.

The fit and finish were as expected, well fitting and very bright mirror polished chrome. This is perfect for the application we're using it for. Our shower in our guest bath is very short this allowed me to add some height to the shower head.

It is an easy fix to some thing that could cost a lot of money. Wish I found this earlier.

No, its impossible to screw it on with standard American...

No, its impossible to screw it on with standard American bath fitting. My shower fitting, probably like yours, comes out of the wall and points down 45 degrees for about 3 inches. So this curvey thing hits the wall and cannot screw on. If that pipe came straight out of the wall it would work. I tried a 5” extension but then it puts the shower head at the old height. Check how your fitting comes out of the wall before buying.

Nice curves

This extending shower arm has a nice longer straight section for adding to wall and keeping the curvy part far enough away. It did add height to the existing wall connection. Compared to the lower priced ($14 or so model also at Lowe’s) curved arm this one has a better design with longer straight section to allow attaching without running the curve part into the wall while turning into wall fitting. Worked good. Use Teflon tape on metal threads.
