Love the fountain but not right filter replacement

Chewy suggested me to buy these for my fountain and they are huge they will not fit in mine not compatible with the pet libro I have waste of money and time

I purchased the Petlibro fountain, which I like very much, but I also purchased replacement filters, as recommended. Well, they are the wrong size!!!!!

Was not sure if I would need them. But the fountain says to replace the filters every 2-3 weeks. That is often. Easy to replace and they fit perfectly

When ordering the water fountain it was suggested people also bought these so I ordered unfortunately they are not the correct filters.

I bought fountain and refill filters at same time. Refill filters are for a different model fountain!

I have the petlibro dockstream battery operated car fountain. My cat loves the fountain but these filters are x5 larger than what I need.

Wrong item sent

I ordered PLWF115 but received 002 which is much bigger than the one I needed. How do I get this replaced?

Wrong filters

When I purchased the Dockstream cat water fountain these were suggested as an additional purchase. However, these are not the correct filters for this model of fountain. Chewy’s does not appear to carry the correct filters, but they are available on line from other sources.

they are recommending the wrong size don’t buy them!

You would thing they would have the correct size for the product they are selling but it’s not. Don’t waste your money.

These are the wrong size filters, they are 3xs the size of the filter that it needs, I had to order from the company itself!

Incorrect Filter for Dockstream

These are the filters for the Petlibro capsule cat fountain, not the Dockstream.

This filter was recommended to buy at the same time as the fountain but they are the wrong filter it should be for model #PLWF115 but I got model number PLWF002

Wrong size

These filters are not the correct size for the Petlibro dispenser. They are in fact, five times larger than the actual replacement filters that I thought I was purchasing. Chewy does not offer the correct replacement filter. Will have to source from elsewhere.

Wrong size for Dockstream fountain

I did not realize until I had opened the package and soaked the filter that these are far too big for the Petlibro Dockstream fountain. The only place I have found those filters are on the Petlibro site. None of the product descriptions (on the filters or the fountain itself) make clear what filters should be purchased for this product.
