It never arrived

Said it shipped out, and I received my other items from the order and this never showed up.

So very quiet!

Both of my cats love drinking from this. I like it because it's so quiet and very easy to clean!

Missing and damaged

I love my fountain but woah I rarely receive my chewy order damaged. This filter was packed separately from my entire autoship & it was squished & open. I am missing 4 of the black foam part of the filter sigh not very chewy-like to see this type of packing

Filters replacement works intended

To regularly replace the filters. works well. It contains 8 pack so can work for quite a long time and save my time.

New filters are great and work I think they are well over priced for what they are. Maybe £5 for a pack of 4 would be more reasonable, not £16 + delivery.

You need these

If you have the auto sensor Petlibro water fountain, you’ll need these filters as the filters have to be changed every 2 weeks

My cats love this fountain

I love my cats having such a clean water source, I have 8 cats (4 rescues 4 fosters) this fountain and two large water bowls - the fountain is by far their favorite. I have a dirt basement and they track the red clay everywhere including the fountain, the filters do a great job of cleaning that out.
