Less than two years old - Wicker is cracking

We purchased this item in Feb of 2023. Wicker on front of sofa and seat cushions are cracking and falling apart.

Furniture a little too low to the floor.

Furniture not as grand looking as in photo. Cushions are thin and doesn't offer a lot of support. I had to add memory foam to the back cushions.

Nice patio furniture set! The wicker is VERY delicate and will scratch with minimal effort. Two chairs arrived a little damaged out of the box.

Set is well made, large and has comfortable thick cushions.

Fast shipping, great price and value. Definitely compares well to more expensive sets and was fairly easy to assemble.

Sturdy and beautiful

I am so happy that I decided to purchase, looks so good. Should have paid extra for the assembly, was hard to put together. But once completed it looks great.

We absolutely love this furniture. It's great quality and the Rattan is beautiful. I would highly recommend this furniture. It's very sturdy and easy to clean.

GREAT SET OF PATIO FURNITURE!

Excellent quality, it does take some time to assemble, but worth the time. The only negative, a small one, is the velcro to hold down the cushions on the two ottoman works like crap,

When assembling, do not tighten any hardware till all hardware has been started. I learned the hard way.

This set is larger than expected (which is great). Very comfortable and well made. Assembly takes a little time but is not too difficult. Would recommend to a friend.

The cushions are thin, cheap, uncomfortable, and scratchy.

Good quality for the price

I was hesitant to purchase this set at this price, thinking it would be poor quality. To my pleasant surprise, it appears to be decent quality. I would highly recommend using power tools to assemble. It would take days to assemble using just the enclosed allen wrench.

Love this set

Love the look of this patio set on our screened in porch. Very comfortable. I especially like the high back seats. We have 2 more chairs to assemble, but so far, the pieces were easy to assemble. My adult daughter assembled the sofa, 2 chairs, and the ottomans with very little help. Overall, we are extremely pleased with this set.

You can ignore a fairly significant number of the low star ratings. I fell in love with this set the moment I found it online, but had a severe anxiety to actually make the purchase after reading reviews. There's countless reviews saying that the furniture was impossible to put together and/or they had to drill their own holes... while putting this set together was a typical furniture building experience, nothing about it was actually challenging if you followed directions, and I don't think you could physically use this furniture if you had to drill your own holes. I have no idea where they were drilling that didn't destroy the furniture, but more importantly, almost every single connection uses a bolt that screws directly into the furniture rather than a nut on the other end. Now that we've put those reviews aside, let's talk about the set. This set looks exactly as advertised, and I'm a huge fan having received it about two weeks ago. Took about 3 hours to put it all together and I was able to complete assembly without another set of hands - felt reasonable to me. I am very impressed by how sturdy the furniture feels, and the cushions are actually pretty comfortable. Most important to me was the fact these have a higher back than typical outdoor furniture and arm rests on every seat. My only complaint is the seat is a bit deep, really necessitating a lumbar pillow for extended sits. All outdoor furniture is this way in my experience though, so it is what it is. I really hope this furniture lasts... will try to remember to update this after a year and getting through a Boston winter re durability.

Loved all pieces of the outdoor furniture. It surprised me that we had to put them together, but they have been assembled and look lovely on the patio.
