the chairs are very attractive. unlike most outdoor chairs which are very boxy and uncomfortable, these chairs look like they could be in your living room

Extremely difficult assembly

Assembly was extremely difficult! Screws did not line up.

I put the chairs together myself, but really could have used a second person. Otherwise the chairs are beautiful and they feel very sturdy. I'm letting the cushions plump up so I really haven't sat in them for more than a few minutes. They look great though so I am very happy with them

Sturdy and nice looking.

Came nicely packaged. All the parts were there. An Allen wrench was included, but I recommend a power drill with Allen wrench bit. It was much quicker. It would really hurt your hands tightening all those screw by hand with the small wrench included.

I have been shopping for outdoor furniture for months. Looking at star ratings, price, and style. I would find something that looked good and fit my budget but the rating wouldn’t be great. I finally found this. My husband and I put it together (need 2 people) and it is sturdy and looks great! Very pleased!

Quality product!

Arrived earlier than expected. Well packed and everything included. After reading reviews, I followed the advice of others and did not tighten the screws until assembly was complete. This made it easier to assemble. Instructions were easy to follow. Very happy with my purchase.

Ottoman cushions won’t stay in place. The double sided Velcro doesn’t work

Not to buy from Lowes

I cannot put it together - I have had three people come over and they cannot put it together because the holes do not line up. I called the store for help and was told it is my problem. I can bring it back to the store. I am 72 years old I cannot load it in my car to bring back. I asked if I could pay someone to come to my house to put it together they stated it was my problem. I did not realized Lowes did not value their customers.

Don't believe the pictures

The pictures of the cushions are misleading, nowhere near as full as shown. Cushions do not retain shape even days later after use. They have only been used for about 2 hours of 1 day and 4 days later are still misshapened. The woven furniture seems to be of good quality and easily assembled.

Tough to assemble

I did not like while I’m assembling the furniture majority of the holes did not line up to assemble them. What should have taken just one person to assemble took two ! One to hold, push and pull for the holes to align and the other to try and put the screws in place to secure the furniture

It was a struggle to put the chairs together ..the holes were not perfectly aligned for the screws

Great set!

Delivery was a day early, which was great. The set was pretty easy to set up, but a bit difficult if by yourself.

I absolutely love these 2 chairs and it took my husband no time at all to put it together I think I will order 2 more chairs I wish I could send pics but this is my laptop and I don't know how to take pics on this
