Really bright light. It's also large. Because of the shape it would not fit anywhere except in my basement where there was nothing around the light socket. It will not fit in many light fixtures because of it's size. It's bright though.

I had some experience with this style of LED when used a larger one to replace a metal halide bulb in a commercial fixture I had above my barn. When I saw this for a standard base size, I had to give it a try, and I was not disappointed. This single bulb transformed by garage/shop into pure daylight. I hope the pictures do it justice because the transformation is night and day. I could definitely use a few more of these.

This is a BRIGHT light. The corncob shaped bulb emits light all around and from the bottom. The light is very uniform and shadowing is minimal at best. I put it in my closet and every squares inch is illuminated.

[Rewarded Review] I See The Light WOW

I removed the standard incandescent bulb in my summer kitchen and replaced it with theLED COB BULB what a difference! The room is bright & clear. The COB BULB lights up everything and the down light over the table is fantastic. At first I thought it maybe too big with the low ceiling but placed over the table area it is perfect. Also will enjoy the lower operating cost, every kilowatt matters.

Dandy light that will brighten your way out of you dark abyss. Cast away the shadows of your basement, garage, barn, or dungeon. Not meant for the faint of heart, the 10,000 lumens is whopping bright. Only needed for extreme darkness of Mordor or illuminated a very large space, this uses more watts than standard LED bulbs; however, it is still less than that of an old school 100w filament bulb. Sturdy construction, I don't want to drop it on my toe. Be sure to peel the protective film off the LED panels. Illuminates the sides and the bottom. The center is completely hollow.

[Rewarded Review] Very bright light output for a large open area.

This extremely bright LED cob light is perfect for any place where you have a standard (E26) light socket with plenty of room around the socket area for this (bulb) to occupy. The physical dimensions of the bulb are about 3.5 inches in diameter by about 8 inches long (+another inch to include the screw-in base). The bulb is excellent for an open space like a warehouse, attic or garage that has a standard E26 light bulb screw-in bulb socket. Because of it's size it would certainly have limitations of use in any table lamp type set up unless perhaps it was used without the lamp shade.

[Rewarded Review] Daylight E26 LED BRIGHT Light Bulb

WOW~~~What a GREAT "DAYLIGHT" bulb as stated! There was a spot in our garage where there was just a single light bulb and it was kind of dim & dark in that area and difcult to SEE things! I took the old bulb out and put this E26 LED DAYLIGHT BULB IN and HOLY COW~~~Really Nice BRIGHT LIGHT where I needed it to SEE!! It is now shining on all my Nut's & Bolts iin plastic cabinets and I CAN SEE what I have!!

[Rewarded Review] Great lamp for large open spaces like a workshop.

This is a very bright light for use in large areas like a garage, barn, shop, or attic. Too big for some uses. Well made with rows of heat sinks with LEDs. Each row has a protective film that should be removed but nothing in the instructions about that. Photo in a lamp in the house just for demonstration, I would not use it there.

[Rewarded Review] Beware this LED light fixture.

I installed this LED light bulb in our laundry room. After unpacking the light and removing the plastic shrink-wrap all that was left to do was unscrew the old light bulb and screw in the LED light bulb.

The bulb is very bright, and the 5000K color temperature means it is the color of bright daylight. The direction and intensity of the light are well distributed downward and with full 180-degree illumination to the sides, thanks to the diffuser on the bottom of the unit. It’s actually too bright without a diffuser - it’s literally dazzling when you look at it and literally too bright to look at - so I might put a shade over it. It’s perfect in my garage.

This is an awesome bright nice light. Reg bulbs just not good enough. I thought this was a bug light. Best wrong product buy. I would have never tried it. It looked weird. It works great asxyou see. My clean garage has become cluttered again and I need to see. I need to see everything and where I'm walk through and on. See how much more you can see?

I have tried a variety of higner power lights in the shop but still end up hiking down to the windows to read tool settings or microprinted instructions. Then I screwed this Pinegreen 10000 Lumen Cob Light into a standard ceiling fixture and I've got 5000K daylight in all corners. The bulb didn't feel particularlly heavy but it really packs a punch. The 400W equivalent for 85W power means I don't have to add more wire and fixtures, a big cost savings. And if I do move the shop tools to another area of the basement there will be zero hassle moving the light as it really is simply screwing a bulb in or out. It does make the rest of the basement look kind of dim though, so I might just have to get more of these. It's hard to have too much light in a basement.

[Rewarded Review] Super bright!

This energy efficient Led Cob light made by Pinegreen lighting is by far the brightest light I’ve seen in this small of a packaging. It is 10,000 Lumens and trust me when I tell you to avoid looking directly at it at all costs. You will see spots. It is perfect for highways or garages with high ceilings. No ballast are required to run this e26 bulb. It is energy efficient using only 85 watts to produce the equivalent of a daylight 500w halogen.

I picked up this light originally to put in my garage, but after seeing how incredibly well it worked I put it in my basement as it’s relatively dark down there and there are not many lights. Well to say this did the trick was an understatement. This works incredibly well and puts off a ton of light. Very even distribution and as easy to install as screwing in a light bulb.

The Pinegreen Lighting 500-Watt Equivalent 10,000 Lumens E26 LED Cob Light Bulb is an amazing light source. It extends 9 inches down from a standard light socket, so it is larger than the standard lightbulb, but this is an amazing light source – can’t say it enough. It uses 85 watts of energy but throws off the light equivalent to a 500-watt light bulb. Installation is a blast – merely unscrew the standard bulb from the ceiling fixture and screw this bulb into the standard E26 medium base – done. Due to its size, I would only recommend it in the standard ceiling light sockets, normally used in sheds, barns, rough basements, workshops, garages, etc. It is not to be used in small areas, such as a closet. Screw this bulb in and don’t look directly at it. The amount of light it produces is simply AMAZING! The specs call for a lifetime use of 23 years. I’m using it in my normally dark basement area and this bulb now lights up the entire area. Use only indoors and on non-dimmable lights. Highly recommended.

[Rewarded Review] Almost too bright!

Got this light to "shed some light" on my shop. I'm always looking for more lighting options, and since this light screws into ordinary light sockets, I thought it would be a good choice. It provides LOTS of light, but probably needs to be a little higher than I have it in this particular location. It has too much glare to be this low. I'm going to look for a higher fixture to put it in. Then I think it will help a lot.
