Great Product

I bought this product as a replacement of an old model. This one works perfect. First, it fits into the cut out perfectly. Second, it is very easy to use with lots of safety features. Third, it is much more effecient. Heating up is at least three times faster than before. It cools down also faster. Overwall, it is a great product with a brand that you can trust.

I was skeptical in switching over to induction cooktops after cooking with real fire as far as I can remember, but man this switch excelled my expectation in almost all fronts. Of course the caveat being that I have to let go some of my exisiting cookware since they are not induction compatible.

We had a 22 year old ceramic/electric cooktop and it was time for it to go. While we were preplumbed for gas we decided to go for an induction cooktop and this was the best decision ever. I have had gas in the past and loved it but with induction you get even better control. The cooktop is sleek and beautiful. There is a bit of a learning curve and I did have to replace a couple of pans but I LOVE it.

Transitioning from gas to induction has a semi-frustrating learning curve. Plus, moving into the modern age of linking to WIFI has not been worked out and the response from customer service was to follow the instructions which is not much help.

I love the product overall. Its sleek and very modern. WiFi Setup was easy and nice . Would surely prefer an App that can be used to operate the appliance. I also wish the cooktop was wider than 36 inches. My wife's likes to cook and we have big pots that do not fit on the burners all the time. But we still love the product and technology.

Easy to use and looks great with new counter top. Cooking with induction is a marvel. many of the tings we cook come out much better with induction. It has wifi, but I'm sure we will not use it. There is no need to start a cooktop when you are not around. THe app does not do anything except make it easier to register your purchase.

Good product. It was also one of the rare induction, smooth, cooktops in production and available at the time of purchase. Go, Bosch! I would have preferred it in white because it's easier to clean (or perhaps a stainless steel color). The black leaves an unwelcomed, oily shine no matter how well you clean it. The WiFi feature is unnecessary for me and I don't plan to use it. I really like how quickly it heats and cools back down and especially how it only heats where the induction-compatible cookware is placed. Super nice! The basic operation of this cooktop is intuitive making it easy to get used to.

I have only positive things to say about the cooktop and have ZERO regrets. The app is totally worthless. It would be great if it actually notified me when my dishwasher rinse aid was low, but it doesn't.

This cooktop is a learning curve for me. I am new to induction cooking having only cooked on electric my whole life. I was sold on the ability to 'join' two burners to cook larger items and the quick heat up for boiling water. I am looking forward to learning how to cook many new things on this appliance.
