It arrived dented right out of the box and the screws to attach the wiring covering were missing

Installed a month ago. Best feature is the good light, although the light cover doesn't lie flush against the unit. Steam from cooking pot does not flow toward the fan, even on high. So is it effective? Fan sticks out over stove at a height where the corners bump a tall person's head. Some kind of bumper cushion will be necessary. Regretting not buying a fan/microwave combo.

Very effective, and a couple concerns

Pretty good so far. It's effective at capturing the steam and smoke from the stovetop. A few concerns: 1) The fan is loud and sounds like it might need balancing. Also, 2) there is no cover facing the stove, which seems a little odd, so wondering if a part was missing.

I was given a delivery window from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm and waited until 7:00 when I received a phone call saying the truck broke down. I then received another call 10 minutes later from another person saying they got in an accident. They lied to me and are disrespectful to their customers time and money.

Poorly made, always missing parts, always damaged

Unfortunately this is poorly made, half the parts are always missing, and something always arrives damaged. And though smartly double boxed, they don't do anything to protect bare stainless steel from coming into direct contact with the styrofoam packaging - leaving unsightly permanent rub marks that are readily visible after installed. If you need a ductless under-cabinet range hood, and can live without stainless steel, have min 21in width to work with, definitely go with the Broan-NuTone.

Not as solid as the one we were replacing (made by the same company). An adapter was needed for exhaust that was not available. Got one on eBay that was made by a different company. Otherwise seems to be working 2 weeks in. Only unit I could find in the needed size range.

Light cover did not fit. Called company. No replacement yet.

Easy installation and nice quality

Installed but not used as yet, higher speed is noisey .....

The Summit 20 was exactly what I was looking for and Home Depot was the only company that could deliver.

Yes, I would still buy this product

It was the right size to replace existing hood - I painted it "Candy Apple Red" to accent the area over the stove - taste is appropriate - installation was a snap
