This is a beautiful light fixture! The quality of the hardware itself is outstanding. We have it on a dimmer, but even with full lums, the light is warm and the shade gives an even glow.

Cool design

This light is beautifully designed, it feels very high style- Italian. Excellent quality too, no light bleed or visible diodes. Its so unusual that the frosted glass piece is a 4 sided tube. I was especially impressed by the packaging, no chance this one shows up damaged.

Nice mordern chrome light for bathroom

Got this light for a update to a mordern chrome guest bathroom. Looks great works well with all other chrome fixtures in bathroom.

Elegant and Modern

When we went to replace the light in our hall bathroom, we'd begun to remake our house in a contemporary/modern aesthetic. The Rowan bath bar fits fight and unlike some bath bars, doesn't seem like a tube on the wall. The design is elegant, as is the way it assembles. The only qualm we have/had was that the mounting plate wasn't flexible in its ability to adjust for slight errors in the installation of existing/older junction boxes (we needed to drill the plate for the "just right" fit) - this shouldn't be a problem in new construction.

Bat light bar from élan with art-deco flair

I always like to talk about the packaging first because I've found there's usually a correlation between how well a product is packaged versus it's overall quality. This light is not an exception to the rule. The light arrived very well-protected with ample Styrofoam around the glass cover and chromed frame.The light came with cloth gloves for a clean, no smudge install, which was a nice touch. All other included items were pretty standard. The wall plate was well thought out, though, with several punch outs for possible mount locations. I ultimately had to make my own with a hole in the center of the plate in order to mate with a "new construction" fixture bar, but I would have had no trouble finding a pre-cut slot to use in most other circumstances.The installation went without a hitch, but I'd point out two items to a would-be buyer/installer: 1) unless you have at least 26+ inches of clearance on at least one side of the light, make sure you pre-assemble the glass cover and side plates before mounting the light to the wall. 2) This light, at 150W, is BRIGHT. A dimmer that is capable of LED dimming is highly recommended unless you don't mind being blown out of the water first thing in the morning.All in all, highly recommended. Less

Arrived broken but appears to be good construction

Although it arrived broken I wanted to still review its Construction and design. The finishes appear to be good and the construction is heavy duty. The only reason I deduct one-star is because the light cover is attached to the mounting plate with axial screws so it does not allow them to be tightened to pull the fixture against the wall. Lamp companies do this to hide the Fasteners but the result is that it sags away from the wall.

Elegant and Warm Light

I got this light for my bathroom remodel. The light was priced right and arrived on time. It was very easy to install and complemented our furniture-style vanity. The LED lighting is plenty bright but a warm light great for bathrooms.
