Fantastic quality and worked exactly how I needed it. I do a fresh garden marinara every year. I normally do 8 to 10 rounds of a crock pot. This doesnt allow me to have a consistent taste and texture throughout the cooking process. Not to mention that takes a lot of time. I purchased this stock pot and I was able to do all my marinara in one pot over a small fire to slow cook it. The marinara didnt stick at all and it was fantastic. I also was worried about the outside of the pot because it had soot from the fire on it after I finished, but it cleaned up really well so it looks just as good as when I purchased it.

Wayfair asked me for a review so I wanted to use this opportunity to say that this is NOT the Wayfair we are used to. It has been over a year since I last ordered from them and I just ordered a bunch of items. Everything is damaged and they will not except responsibility. Do you want to return something they don't allow it, and if you have true damage they will fight you tooth and nail not to honor any sort of guarantees. They will also make you pay return shipping. Great pot just not working well for steaming. Pot basket sits in water need a way for it to lift out of water for just steaming. Unless I’m missing parts to it

I just opened my 16 gallon stainless steel pot. It is beautiful better than I expected. Can’t wait to put it to use very high-quality in my opinion.
