Poor product. Late delivery.box torn.

Directions were missing in one of two sets. No words and only metric measurements. Drawings were not self explanatory. Cryptic at best.

This was perfect. I was a little concerned because the door was so heavy, but the rollers work very smoothly, the door glides with little effort.

Always check your order at the store when in doubt

We ordered this product along with a door and went to pick them up. The door was in good condition, but one end of the installation kit's box was torn off. We told the guy delivering our items that we were concerned that something might be missing from the box, but he pretty much blew us off. When we got home, sure enough, one of the hangers was missing. After returning the kit for a credit, we found that the price of the kit had gone up 80%. After doing a chat with a customer service rep, we were told to call Lowe's. Since Lowe's had lost part of the order, we were not charged the new, higher price. Thank you for making it right, Lowe's. The new kit works fine.

Bathroom Barndoor, Awesome

Installation was simple just make sure you give 2” inches between top of door and bottom of rollers.

It is exactly as pictured. We replaced small double doors leading from our master bedroom to the master bathroom and it looks very classy!

Everything you need to mount your barn door

The package came with everything I needed to mount my door. The only issue I had was that the spacers that hold the track were scratched. They were individually packaged but must have been scratched before they were in the package. Three of the four spacers were scratched. One thing to note is you do need to purchase a 1x6 header if mounting to drywall

Doesn’t come with instructions which is annoying. It says you have to go on the vendors website to download them but it’s not the instructions and the website doesn’t have a phone number to call, just an email. Also if you have tile, you will have to order a separate floor/bottom connector piece.

The package was left at the street. The box was totally dirty and destroyed, parts were missing.

Lowes review, not product

Packaged was left damaged on the outside and inside even after being advised (by daughters) that the package was damaged. LOWES refused to allow us to ship back and wants us to drive it back to the store which is a two hour round trip. Time and fuel. The picture is exactly how it came off the truck and in the door.

Half the parts where missing. the store and online people were less then helpful. I will not be shopping with this outfit and will be letting other contractors know about my experience.

Good Contrast

Black hardware was perfect contrast to my white barn door. Very classic lines.

Doesn't say that you need a header board

A header board is required to mount this, which you have to provide separately. It's not in any of the pictures or the descriptions. We also bought a door from this company. Overall, they seem to have really poor quality items and listings. I'd stay away from it entirely.

Missing Part’s

One of the hangers was missing along with the instructions. Contacted vendor (and Lowe’s). Took several weeks to get replacement. Other than that the track kit is really nice.
